You will have at your disposal a detached, independent house for a family or group of friends with a private garden and enclosed courtyard, situated in the heart of nature. Peace and a change of scenery guaranteed. A wooded and shaded property with three terraces, located between Saint-Affrique and Lacaune. Ideal for those seeking peace, quiet, the countryside, and wide open spaces. The property sleeps 4 to 6 people. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), a large living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with sitting areas, and outside, 3 terraces for dining or relaxing (garden furniture, grill, etc.). This property is located on the border of the Tarn and Aveyron departments, in a verdant setting. Hiking, mountain biking, quad biking, and motorcycling trails can all be accessed from the house. A library, various games, a ping-pong table, badminton, pétanque, and foosball are available. For relaxation, there's a swimming pool with a slide, spa, etc., in Lacaune or Bemont-sur-Rance. For swimming, Lake Ravigee and Lake Laouzas, with their many water games, are located nearby. You can also enjoy the equestrian center, the go-kart track in Belmont-sur-Rance, and the treetop adventure course. To explore the region: Albi, with its museums, cathedral, and UNESCO World Heritage city; Millau and its viaduct; Saint-Affrique; the Roquefort cellars; and the Sidobre region are also worth visiting. Information about the region is available, and a diverse library is at your disposal. A region renowned for its gastronomy, including Lacaune charcuterie, the famous Roquefort cheese, Gaillac wine, Aligot (a cheesy potato dish), and croustade (a type of potato and cheese tart). Numerous local markets and village festivals take place throughout the summer. Lacaune is home to the Casino (slot machines), the only one in the Tarn department.
