Sahara shooting stars camp is a luxurious camp built in heart of the Great Majestic golden dunes of Erg-Chebbi Merozouga, the camp is located in a unique place whereby you can live and enjoy tranquility and an authentic Bereber hospitality .
With its fascinating location, sahara desert camp is built and well designed to meet both Berber tradition design and current comfort. The camp has 10 fully equipped luxurious tents . Each tent has Berber craftsmanship fabrics, luxurious and comfortable leather beds, private bathroom and shower with hot water, an indoor relaxation area, windows with screens to change the air in the tents. It is well arranged in a way to enjoy your privacy, the tents are spaced apart . The camp has big tent restaurants where you will taste the typical local Berber cuisine !!.
In the center, where the joyful nights start , we will be around the fire, singing, dancing, playing drums and exchanging riddles and thoughts.The camp is surrounded by palms and greenery giving an unforgettable atmosphere.
The sunrise, sunset and stary nights will not be the same as seen in other places in the world, they will have something special you haven’t ever seen before !!
The Staff is pleased to welcome you: we speak the key language (English) as well as French Spanish and Italian.

hello!! My name is Mustapha. I am the founder and the owner of Sahara shooting stars camp. I and my staff offer overnights and camel trekking in the Sahara. I have been doing so for more than 6 years . I am also a local Berber man I raised in the desert so I have an in depth knowledge about the local culture, traditions and the surrounding area. we provide local tours to discover the edges of the Sahara desert and the culture of the nomads. After high school, I studied English in Molay Ismail University which makes my English fluent !!

all guests that visited us so far recommend us for many reasons. most important is location. Our camp is located and surrounded by dunes not as the other camps that are in the edges of the dunes .the sunset and sunrise are unforgettable in Sahara Shooting Stars Camp. in our camp you can taste the local food. Food offered in Sahara shooting stars camp is 100% organic . Not to forget cleanness. Housekeeping is made daily. the camp is surrounded by greenery which makes it a real oasis in the Sahara desert .The staff is very polite and local to ensure you have an authentic Berber experience

Sahara desert especially Erg chebbi is a unique landscape !! its a place where most of your guest find THEMSELVES. Many of guests told me that while being in the desert they felt their origin and that they belong to this nature . For me being in the desert makes feel alive !!
