Cocoonr offers this charming 85 m² fisherman's cottage for rent in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, 1.5 km from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
– A 20 m² living room with TV, stereo and double sofa bed
– A dining room accessible via a few steps, with a desk area
– A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, dishwasher, washing machine (combined with a tumble dryer), coffee machines (filter and French press), toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge with integrated freezer, full set of crockery and utensils…

Upstairs:
– Bedroom 1: with two single beds that convert into a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), fitted with two solar-powered skylights. Access to the master bedroom is via the bathroom, through a corridor separated by curtains.
– A shower room
– Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) and a single sofa bed (80x190, suitable for 1 child)
– A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, travel cot (without mattress), baby bath, high chair: baby and child equipment available on request.

Outside:
– A 5 m² balcony with a table and chairs.

The house is ideally located in the heart of the lower town of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, in a very pleasant environment. The seafarers' quarter is lively, colourful and in the very centre of town. The rue de La Ferté, on which the balcony overlooks (a shopping street), is pedestrianised at weekends and during the holidays. The house is next to the market on Place des Pilots. You'll have access to all the essential shops on foot, including a well-known bakery next door.

Transport :

These spaces are chargeable, except from 7pm to 9am. The first 45 minutes are free, provided you register your number plate at the parking meter.

For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Noyelles railway station: 5 km away.
- Lille-Lesquin airport: 140 km away.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
