Charming Studio 2 Blocks from Light Rail & Downtown Bike Path!

Our cute 300 sq.ft. private studio is a connected to the back of our home and is a perfect space for a weekend getaway or an extended stay! We've made perfect use of the space with a queen bed. We also have a 4" thick full-size memory foam floor mattress for additional guest sleeping. It's equipped with a full bathroom, large closet, new washer/dryer combo and a kitchenette for your cooking needs. The space also meets up to the large backyard and patio area for your use as well!

The proximity of our home is very close to the Knox light rail station (6 minute walk) and the Paco Sanchez bike path which leads you directly downtown!

Quiet hours are at 10pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 11pm Friday-Saturday. Please do not run washer/dryer during quiet hours without expressed permission.
Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the studio but feel free to do so in the backyard. Please keep all edibles, flower, etc in sealed containers indoors.
Please use provided makeup remover wipes prior to using towels. Any towels found stained, booking guest will be charged $15 per replacement.

Great place to stay!

We loved our first stay in Denver. This cute little place had everything we needed. Loved the patio area and bonus that it had a washer/dryer. Private entrance and close to the train station. A short walk to Sloan Lake and we rented scooters to explore the city. We would definitely stay here again!

This studio had everything we needed for our 5 day stay near Denver. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. The check in process was seamless and Philip and Laura were gracious enough to allow us early check.

Everything you need & so cozy!

My friend and I had a great time staying here. We relied on the public transportation and there is a bus stop just a minute walk away and the light rail was only a 5 minute walk. We loved the sights, food, and entertainment!

Our week in Denver

Great place to stay! Clean and quiet! Totally set up for a longer stay. We enjoyed our time there. Hosts were easy to contact and got back to us immediately. Will definitely stay again !

Cozy home base

We stayed here as our home base to explore some of the nature around Denver. We enjoyed the magpies with their babies. Love the enviro friendly touches of the space. Thanks for having such a great place to stay!

Amazing Stay

My husband and I stayed for the Broncos game. The space was incredibly clean, comfortable and had several amenities. We were close to everything we needed to be and the hosts were amazing. We look forward to staying here next time we are in Denver!

Great Place!

The hosts were great with communication! Also, the place had everything you would need and is a very short ride from downtown when you take a Lyft or lime scooter both of which can easily be found around the house :)

Great place, I’d stay here again :)

This was an awesome experience. Very clean and well stocked with basic amenities. This is perfect for a solo traveler like myself but roomy enough for two people as well. I enjoyed it and would stay here again if I found myself in Denver again.

5 star place!!

Great place for me to crash while visiting fam. The owner Phil was friendly and helpful. Place was new looking, clean and had all the amenities I needed. Kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, table and chairs, AC, flat screen TV, wifi, comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Also had an outside porch which was nice. Highly recommended A+

Great stay overall. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. The place was quiet, cute, clean, well decorated, and in a great location. As others have said in reviews, it would be nice to have a small dresser or somewhere to put our clothes or even just space to set our luggage on besides the dining chairs or the table. I believe the listing says there is a queen and a full bed, but there is indeed only one bed. I don't believe it is a queen, but I could be wrong. The bed was a little more firm than we are used to, but that is no fault of the owner. Sheets and bedding were clean and very soft, and of good quality. Otherwise, all of the details have been thought of. Dishes and basic small kitchen appliances, coffee maker, washer/dryer unit, soap/shampoo/conditioner, and plenty of plugs and USB ports on/in the night stands. Really easy to get downtown either by car or bike. There was always plenty of street parking, even on the days that one side of the road had to be clear for street sweeping. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great experience

My stay here with Phil and his family was amazing! The property looked just as pictured. They even had the fridge stocked with waters which we really appreciated since we decided to walk everywhere (bad idea). There were shampoo, conditioner, and body wash also available. It was nice and private and we even had a hammock to sit and Watch the stars in. Even the neighbors were really chill and kept to themselves which was great! We initial thought we would be hot without A/C but the fan provided proved us wrong quickly plus there are really nice windows that were perfect for the occasion. If you’re interested in 420 friendly accommodations the table outside was perfect so it was no problem stepping out for a smoke break. That was also an initial concern. Bottom line if you’re on the fence, hop off and book here you won’t regret it!

2 free bikes to use at your convenience! Bike locks and pump provided. (only available Spring - Fall)

- Agreeing to use the provided bikes, the guest accepts all risk and responsibility of operating the bicycle and checking for maintenance issues. Also, replacement of severely damaged or lost bike is $100. Please give us at least 3 days advance notice if you want to use the bikes so we can ensure they are ready for you.
