Old border completely renovated into a comfortable and modern gîte, facing the mountains of the Basque Country, near Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and its entertainment (6 km). Gîte on one level, opening onto a covered south-facing terrace offering an unobstructed view. Unenclosed land surrounded by meadows and sheep: your pet is welcome but will be supervised. Well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Adjoining storeroom (washing machine). Spacious and bright living room, lounge area (TV, Fiber internet box, books, games for children). 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (Italian shower, washbasin) and adjoining dressing room. 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90), adjoining shower room (Italian shower, washbasin). 1 WC. Beds made for your arrival. Bathroom and household linen included. Baby equipment on request (cot and chair). Aerothermal heating (reversible in air conditioning in summer), low loads to be expected (electric meter reading). 30 m2 terrace facing the mountains, garden furniture, sun loungers, gas griddle. Owner's house at the back of the gite. Many hiking trails nearby.
