Le Roucatel is located at an altitude of 580 meters in the commune of Alliat, a charming village of 55 inhabitants, on the road to Andorra, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Natural Park. This pleasant house offers exceptional panoramic views of the mountains and the famous Niaux cave (the Grotte de la Vache is only 700 meters away). An ideal setting to recharge in nature, with family or friends. The cottage has Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower), and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large 50 m² terrace and an 18 m² veranda with a barbecue, perfect for sharing convivial moments or simply admiring the scenery. The enclosed 200 m² garden features an automatic gate, a carport, and a garden shed for storing bicycles, fishing rods, etc. Inside, for your comfort: a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, pod and filter coffee makers, and a hairdryer. Bed linen and kitchen towels are included. Upon arrival, the beds will be made up so you can fully enjoy your stay. Le Roucatel enjoys an ideal location: 5 km from Tarascon-sur-Ariège (shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, swimming pool, etc.), 7 km from Ussat-les-Bains (thermal baths), 20 km from Foix, 25 km from Ax-les-Thermes, and 50 km from Andorra. Those who love activities and exploration will be delighted: hiking trails starting from the village, caving, treetop adventure courses, mountain biking, cycling, fishing, climbing, canoeing, paragliding, waterskiing, swimming pool… Not to mention the many sites to visit: prehistoric caves (Alliat, Niaux, Bédeilhac), Cathar castles, thermal baths, the Prehistory Park, the House of Wolves, museums… Nearby ski resorts: Goulier (16 km), Plateau de Beille and Ax 3 Domaines (30 km). Pets are not allowed. Booking information: Included in the price: 3m³ of water per week, 10kWh of electricity per day; a security deposit of €300 will be required (not cashed) upon arrival. Tourist tax will be payable upon arrival. Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided free of charge. Optional extras: towels (€5 for a bath sheet, a hand towel, and a washcloth), and end-of-stay cleaning (€60). The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.
