Designed for families and groups, this spacious four-bedroom condo offers direct access to the shared pool and gardens, peaceful golf course views, generous indoor-outdoor living spaces, Premier Golf Membership privileges (green fees not included), daily housekeeping, and breakfast preparation.



The Space:

The open living and dining areas connect directly to a large covered terrace overlooking the gardens and golf course. From the terrace, guests can step onto the lawn and easily access the community pool—an especially convenient feature for families traveling with children.



The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers everything needed for relaxed meals at home. Breakfast preparation is included from Monday through Saturday; guests are responsible for purchasing the ingredients.

The expansive covered terrace is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, with comfortable lounge seating, hammocks, an outdoor dining area, and a bar.



Guests enjoy convenient access to the large shared pool, surrounding lawns, and landscaped tropical gardens.

Guest Access:

Premier Golf Membership provides access to selected Punta Mita amenities, including beach clubs, tennis and fitness facilities, and the Pacifico and Bahía golf courses.



Some amenities require guest access fees, green fees, minimum consumption, advance reservations, or are subject to availability. Our pre-arrival team will help coordinate the details before your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Las Terrazas is located inside the private Punta Mita Resort, approximately 40 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.



Guests are close to Punta Mita’s renowned beach clubs, Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, tennis and pickleball facilities, surfing, and the restaurants of Punta de Mita Village.



Getting Around:

A 6 seater golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy and convenient to explore Punta Mita and all of its amenities.



Airport transportation, grocery pre-stocking, chef services, and additional transportation can also be arranged through our pre- arrival team.
