Great location!

The location is amazing! We loved getting on the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake to get around town. What a beautiful trail. The short walk to Rainey Street was great. The roof top pool was a dream. Condo was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean and I loved having laundry in the condo.

We chose the location due to its proximity to the “Hot Luck” festival events. The property did not disappoint. We were within walking distance of many of the venues involved, as well as sightseeing opportunities such as the state capitol. The apartment was perfect for 3 adults, and the process was seamless. Will stay again!

Music & fun

Very new apartment with great views and stocked kitchen was a great "home" base and starting location for our Austin adventure. Loved the large bathroom. The rooftop lounge/work areas and pool were fantastic too! Small downsides were 1. the noisy construction on 2 sides in this growing neighborhood and 2. sometines the slowness of the valet parking (the only parking option). Overall I would stay again.

Bring your own pillows!

The only complaint I really have is the pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever slept on. Bring your own! They were so big that you could not comfortably sleep on them. My friends and I all ditched them to sleep on the bare mattress. Had a great girls weekend but sleep was lacking!

Great place to stay. There was no power I. The Murphy bed room and we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work. Other than those two things it was a great stay! The valet team and manger were very accommodating. They let us store the top of our jeep in the garage!

Clean, easy in/out, most everything was walkable- no need for car. Rideshare for longer trips. More amenities than we even needed: laundry, dishwasher, full fridge, microwave, stove- everything you need for short or long stay.

Beware! Very unsafe!

Although the property was nice, they could not park my car in garage with valet. It was parked out front and was broken into and they tried to steal it. Damaged the lock and handle. Also apartment was broken into while we were there. We woke up to a man rummaging through our stuff. Just be careful if you stay there. FYI we are from Austin and understand the downtown situation but with a little better security the property could be great.

The property is well managed, though lots of construction going on nearby. Walking distance from Rainy street and downtown. Easy walk to the convention center if you happen to have business there.
