Excellent property in a fantastic location: less than 15 mins walk to the Capitol in one direction, and a great little sports bar 10 mins walk the other direction with fantastic steakhouse (ACL) opposite. Hosts are amazing and have equipped this house very generously with games, books, magazines etc. definitely want to come back.

Really nice property . Very clean with excellent facilities . With 100f we only once went on the roof veranda but with cooler temps imagine it would be lovely . Very good location. Very nice and responsive hosts . Highly recommend this booking .

Had a fantastic stay here! There were 4 of us traveling together for a long weekend, and this spot was perfect - great location, very welcoming hosts, and the house was lovely. Everyone had a wonderful weekend and we would highly recommend this to anyone!

We picked this location for Bookfest, everything was in walking distance which was a huge plus for us! We loved the trees and met a very friendly raccoon! The Hosts are super friendly and welcoming they make sure we are taken care of!We will definitely stay again!
