The domicile is located 3 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Ostend, on a quiet side street of the famous promenade. This sunny, trendy furnished apartment really offers everything: within 200 m there are restaurants, places with terraces and pubs, shopping streets and the hot bakery for a fresh breakfast. You don't need a car, you can park it cheaply 500 m away.

The enthusiastic owners have furnished this vacation home with a lot of love. So you feel right at home when you first enter and in the cozy sitting area for an aperitif. The homeowners love to cook and have provided guests with a perfectly equipped kitchen. In the bedrooms there are comfortable beds with wonderfully thick mattresses.



Since the West Flanders city of Ostend is centrally located on the Belgian coast, there are always events and exhibitions in the casino or museums, also in the restaurants and shopping there is always a cozy bustle. Bruges, the most famous city of West Flanders, if not of all Belgium, is a good 20 km extended. The beautiful old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site that must be experienced on a walk, a carriage ride or a boat trip. For sporty families we recommend cycling through the Bruges Ommeland (hinterland). You can cycle safely and quietly along the many canal banks or through the dune area towards Bredene or Westende. On the wide sandy beaches there are many playgrounds for the children, at the seaside you can rent a go-cart for the whole family.

Schöne Wohnung

Alles in allem war die Wohnung spitze! Wer kostenlos parken möchte muss ein bisschen laufen, aber ich kann den Parkplatz Maria Hendrikapark empfehlen. Schönen Urlaub!

Urlaub in Ostende

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen (5 Minuten). Restaurants und Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine aber keinen Wäscheständer. Außerdem muss man für Handtücher und Bettwäsche extra bezahlen. Vor Ort mussten wir zusätzlich noch Geld für den Verbrauch und die Endreinigung verrichten. Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht. Parkplätze in der Nähe sind teuer. Wir haben unser Auto eine halbe Stunde entfernt auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz geparkt. Dort war es allerdings auch nicht so einfach einen Platz zu bekommen. An den Wochenenden war es fast aussichtslos einen Parkplatz zu kriegen. Deswegen haben wir das Auto oft stehen lassen und uns gut überlegt, ob wir den Parkplatz aufgeben. Den Müll musste man selber wegbringen. Es gab Entsorgungsplätze wo man gegen Gebühr den Restabfall entsorgen konnte. Insgesamt sind wir viel gelaufen, um zum Auto zu kommen und den Müll zu entsorgen. Wir haben die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Geschäften sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war zu Dritt ideal. Sie ist aber auch für Familien mit 3-4 Kindern geeignet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4.Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug.

Perfekte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sehr freundlich und hell und die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Wir haben sogar ein Plätzchen für unsere Fahrräder im Fahrradabstellraum bekommen, da kann man den Autoparkplatz etwas weiter weg gut verschmerzen. Zumal man in Oostende kein Auto benötigt und entweder die Kusttram oder das Rad nehmen kann, um die Umgebung zu besuchen.

Acceuil très chaleureux de la part du propriétaire. L‘appartement est idéalement située, à 1 min de la plage ainsi que du centre ville. L‘appartement est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu‘il faut! En plus un espace extérieur et un ascenseur sont disponibles (ce qui n‘est pas précisé dans l‘annonce) nous avons passé un séjour formidable! Ma note: excellente, 5/5 !

Das Appartement ist gut, es gibt nichts auszusetzen, ausser Kleinigkeiten wie eine fehlende Vorrichtung, um Wäsche aufzuhängen. Bedauerlich ist lediglich, dass die Preisgestaltung derart ist, dass man vor Ort dann noch mal satte 130 € hinlegen muss.
