Hi, Coral...Thanks for your review on Milly Mae's cottage. We are thrilled you enjoyed the home and its convenience to both the beach and Seaside, and hope you enjoyed your stay with us. For the benefit of our future guests, we do feel we need to acknowledge your feedback on both beach towels and amenities provided in the home. We send no less than automated 3 emails to our guests, from the time of booking until the time of arrival, that lists in detail the amenities we provide in the home; as well, this is also included in our check-in instructions which are sent twice to guests prior to arrival. We also state in our check-in instructions that beach towels are not provided (we do have a stock of beach towels in our office we're happy to lend out to our guests, however, if needed). The amenities provided in our homes are industry standard for local management companies (including bathroom amenities not mentioned); perhaps you are more used to booking directly with an owner who may provide additional supplies. Another correction - Milly Mae's Cottage accommodates a maximum 10 guests, not 12 as you state in your review. We are glad you called our office directly to request additional amenities, and were happy to accommodate you on the same day as your request. We certainly only want the best experience for our guests, so we appreciate your feedback and will consider how we can better our provisions going forward...Grayt 30A Vacations
