Sea Groove is a beautiful gulf view home nestled among magnolias and live oaks with 5.5 bedrooms/4.5 baths that sleeps up to 15 people. Designer Furnishings! Spectacular rooftop gazebo with views over forest canopy. Relax in hammocks or Adirondack chairs. Great for sunsets! Located in Old Seagrove Beach on an oak-canopied road, just four short blocks to Seaside - Easy to Walk to Seaside. Lovely, shaded one block walk to public beach access (250 walking steps). Private pool in screened enclosure which can be heated upon request at additional $30 per day and includes hot/cold outdoor shower. Parking for 6 cars. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach, Seagrove Village Market, restaurants and Seaside. Charcoal grill. Ceiling fans throughout home. Beach chairs provided! Beach Cruiser Bikes available! Please note these are provided FREE to the guest but with beach air and weather they will not be in as good of condition as if you rent bikes from a local store.

First Level: Inviting entry porch with Adirondacks. Front porch with large outdoor adjustable teak dining table seats 6-10. Tile floors on this level. Combination family room and additional dining room with seating for 10 adjoins the large kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops, gas range, stainless steel microwave, frig with ice maker, dishwasher, air fryer, keurig coffee maker plus drip coffee and 2 sinks. Seating for 6 at breakfast bar. Family room features comfortable overstuffed sofas, side chairs, ottomans, large Smart TV, games, puzzles, and gas log fireplace. King master bedroom on this floor has Smart TV private exterior entrance and handicap friendly ramp, and a private handicap friendly bath with pedestal sink and tub/shower. Half bath and full-sized washer/dryer are also on this level.

Second Level: Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors. Large verandah with outdoor seating and a full size FOOSBALL TABLE as well! King master bedroom has Smart TV dresser and private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Queen bedroom has Smart TV, armoire and a FULL SIZED BABY CRIB. Kid's bunkroom has two bunk beds with 2 trundles underneath (sleeps six), plus 2 dressers. Playroom/Office has bunk with full-sized sofa/bed on bottom and twin bed on top, TV and wireless high speed internet connectivity. Shared hall bathroom has vanity sink and tub/shower.

Third Level: Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors. King master bedroom features a dressers, large Smart TV and a private bath with shower. This bedroom opens onto a balcony in the magnolia and oak tree canopy which has a spiral staircase to the rooftop gazebo. This spectacular outdoor area is equipped with Adirondack chairs, 2 hammocks and amazing views over the tree tops. Catch the breezes and the sunset.

The host was very helpful! The home was perfect for us. We enjoyed the porch and pool and all the bedrooms. If your group happily spreads out, the house is ideal! If you all want to watch a movie together, it is a bit tight in the family area. We did fine despite that and would stay again.

The house is in great shape, with everything we needed for our family members staying there and for several family gatherings we held during the week. Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by old oaks, with the feeling of old Florida. At the same time, it is a short walk to the beach and to all the activities of nearby Seaside. The house had all the furnishings and kitchen tools we could have hope for, and the grandkids loved the screened-in heated pool, and the rooftop gazebo from which we watched nearby New Year's fireworks displays. (note that the gazebo does not have the expected gulf view.) And the host was extremely responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

Family Thanksgiving

This is an awesome family home that fit all of us comfortably. The location is great- a short walk to the beach and the darling Seaside Central Square that has lots of shops and places to eat. Fantastic house, area and trip!

Beautiful home and location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and through a canopy of shade trees. There was a crosswalk leading to the stairs and the beach was not crowded. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach and the kids loved swimming in the evening. The adults enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and the kids liked the bunk room and the foosball table on the upstairs balcony. The walk to Seaside was pleasant, about 10-15 minutes and an even quicker bike ride.We are a family of 7 adults and 6 children and this house was perfect for our long weekend. Katherine was wonderful to work with and we hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Beach Perfect

Loved our stay! Host was friendly, accommodating and quick to reply when needed. The location could not have been more perfect. Just steps away from beach entrance. Kitchen equipped for all our needs. Pool was perfect for kids after long day at beach. Seaside within walking distance. We rented golf cart for easy travel around the area. Caution that you have to stay on public roads when in Seaside and there is limited available parking for cart. Loved everything about our trip and would stay again.

Seaside Family Gathering

It was everything we hoped and more. We were sad to pull out at the end of the week. Katherine was wonderful and communication was great. Our location to the beach, town and ocean was the best. The grandkids loved the pool as well. We couldn’t have found a better place to come together from several states and hang out. We even made it to Panama City for a boat ride on the sea screamer. The kids as well as the adults loved it. Thank you for everything-

Amazing house & host!

We rented this home for my best friends bachelorette party and it was the perfect place! It’s right across from the beach access and walking distance to a super cute area with a bunch of bars and restaurants. Aside from the house itself, those host was amazing and so easy to communicate with. Could not have asked for a better weekend! Highly recommend booking this!

Wonderful stay in Seagrove Beach

Loved every minute of our stay in Seagrove Beach. Katherine went out of her way to make sure that our stay was memorable. She responded very quickly to any questions that we had. The house was well stocked from the kitchen down to the beach toys & chairs, playpens & a highchair, as well as bicycles. The beach & Seaside were a short walk. The kids & the adults all enjoyed the pool, as well. We recommend it highly. &chairs.

Mystery Girls Weekend

We had a great time. Loved the cute little town. The location to the city center and beach was perfect. Loved the hammocks and pool. Since we had clouds and a little rain we spent a little more time at home in the evenings than expected and their isn’t really enough lounge space for a large group (only enough seating for 5) in the main living area and not enough seating for everyone to be together at the same time on any of the patios. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Anniversary Celebration

We loved staying at the property with our family of 6 adults and 3 children. The pool was used everyday and we liked the open concept between kitchen and family room. The walk to the beach only took minutes. So did the walk to Seaside where we often dined. Just pulled children in a wagon. Napping on rooftop hammocks was also enjoyed. Great house for our 50th anniversary trip with family!

Not a great start

When we arrived at 4 pm to check in, the house had not been cleaned since the prior guests left. We contacted the owners and they promptly called a cleaning crew to get the house ready. After this, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice and warm. The beach was a short walk away. There is quite a bit of construction nearby, but not too noisy.

Having spent a lot of time in the area in the 90’s when Seagrove/Seaside had a wonderful early Florida vibe the trees and sandy streets are still reminiscent of that time. The house is within blocks of the beach access and the community of Seaside making everything easily accessible by foot. Publix was within half a mile for easy multiple trips. The rooftop was perfect for quiet reading with a beautiful treetop view. Amazing view of the NYE fireworks. This house is perfect for families with children, clean and comfortable with nothing too precious. We really appreciated the instant alarm at the door to the pool Once we got the hang of remembering to press it before opening we were set. I would definitely recommend Seagroove for families with children

Spring Break 2023

Location was absolutely amazing! We only used our car a couple of times, everything was in walking distance. The property was older than we expected, but for the price it is unbeatable. You can’t use the pull out bunks in the bunk room due to the size of the room and the placement of the bunks,. The futon was bumpy, but all other beds were comfortable. There are many steps down to the beach, but this wasn’t an issue for our group.. Just noting because it would not work for my older parents. Overall, it was an amazing week and I would rent from Mrs. Decker again!

Best Value in Seaside

We came to Florida with our whole extended family. 8 adults, 7 kids (ranging from 3 to 16). And Seagroove could not have been a better choice for us. The screened-in pool, short proximity to Seaside, and just a block away from beach access. It's close enough to be a short walk from anywhere you'd want to eat or shop, but just outside the heavy beach traffic, so there was always room to spread out at the shore. The house itself was nice, well-stocked, and had all the charm and character you could ask for. My favorite part was the fourth-floor crow's nest, with twin hammocks and a beautiful treetop view of the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to doze off as the sun sets, or hang out late at night and watch the stars. Katherine was extremely responsive with any questions we had, and aside from some hit-or-miss weather, it couldn't have been a more perfect week. We'll absolutely be back.

A Perfect Beach Property

We had an outstanding experience at this location! Not only was the house itself beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but the neighborhood was also safe and quiet, and the walk to the beach was quick and shaded. The beach itself wasn’t too crowded compared to the rest of 30A and we loved the emerald waters every day. The house itself was stocked with everything we needed and more. Everyone in our party enjoyed a comfortable bed to themselves, and the tower and pool were the perfect leisure spots after long hours in the sun. Our experience with the owner is to be lauded as well. She was prompt with communication and quick to help us with questions about beach equipment. We’ve been longtime visitors of the Seaside area (nearly 30 years!) and we can confidentially say that after this trip to this Seagrove location, we’ve found our favorite vacation house!

Great home and location

We would highly recommend this property. Big and not fussy! Great pool for smaller children and excellent location! Very easy and shady walk to beach. We walked to Seaside daily. Publix and ice cream only a mile away which was very convenient! Home is very well stocked and owner extremely easy to work with! Grandson left his iPad by mistake and cleaners called owner and then sent to me! Appreciated so much! Would definitely return.

Hidden Gem

This is our 4th time staying in this property and hands down one of my favorite locations in the 30A area. The size is perfect for our large groups and the house is expansive enough to give everyone their own space. Where else can you walk one block to the beach in the morning and one block to fine dining at night? Seaside square is an easy, casual bike ride on the local neighborhood streets. The heated pool is perfect for quick dunks or those who don’t like the ocean. The roof top hammocks are also a favorite way to close out the evening. Cannot say enough good things about this property!!

Great home

The location of this property is perfect. It’s close to the beach and the excitement in Seaside square. If you like going to Watercolor or the Square bikes are nice (not required). Plenty of sleeping. The owner responds very quickly.
