This great renovated home, offers two bedroom and a flex room that sleeps up to 4 adults and 4 children. Indulge in the master bath custom soaking tub, or the main bath spa tub, bonus both bathroom include a separate rain/ jet shower. There is concreate and tile flooring for easy clean ups. The bedrooms have new mattresses and linen, plus plenty of closet space. Luxurious Kitchenaid Chief appliances with gas stove island, and great counter space in the kitchen. Walk to Kemah Boardwalk Shops and entertainment areas.
This an AHDA Compatible Home.

Easy combination entry lock with an additional safety lock to use at night.

Plenty of activities for an intimate getaway, children, and friends to explore in the Houston/ Galveston area while located in comfortable and feel safe neighborhood.

This was a perfect home for my families Father's Day Weekend with all our children and grandchildren. Plus it's right down the street from the Kemah Boardwalk.

We came to Kemah to celebrate my son's 10th birthday. Perfect location to walk to boardwalk. Place was very clean and well stocked.

Nice house in quite neighborhood.

House is nice and clean. It is a 2 bedroom. Master has a queen bed and other bedroom has 3 beds in it. Theres a living room that you can close off with sofas to sleep on also. Its a little far to walk to kemam, but in a quite neighborhood.We'd stay here again.

This is a well kept, clean home and was stocked with everything we needed. It is an easy 15 min walk to the boardwalk, in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I will note is that the description is incorrectly stating a 4 bed home. This is a two bed home with a full size bunk bed and twin bed in one room, and the master has a queen. There are several couches in the living and family room (bonus room) but none are pull outs. The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to reply anytime we reached out.

Perfect weekend birthday

The whole process from start to end was great! We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday with family at the boardwalk. The house was everything we expected and more! The property owner was very accommodating with different changes in number of guest, the location was perfect in a great neighborhood. Everything we needed was within a mile or two. We will definitely be back and strongly considering making this a yearly trip for our family.

House was very clean! Kitchen amazing. Location to boardwal was great, close enough to walk but far enough away from the noise. Property owner was quick to respond to any questions.

The location was great. Short walk to boardwalk. Close to shopping. Very nice and clean home. Was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay would stay again and recommend.

Cute stay with modern finishes!

My group had a great time staying at Angela’s VRBO. The home has a large, open concept layout that is perfect for small to medium sized gatherings, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and a beautiful backyard— all of which are even more impressive in person than the online pictures show! Given prior permission from the host, I was able to hold my baby shower for ~20 guests here comfortably and almost everyone share how lovely they found the home.

It is a very nice property. Very close to the boardwalk! The first night i had a cockroach jump on me but we are close to water. There were no other insects after that. The home was dated but clean. I really have no complaints. It is close to everything!!!!

Bunk Beds Noisy

Bunk beds were not sturdy and made from flimsy metal.They made loud squeaky noises anytime there was movement on the beds.

Great location, lack of listed bedroom and beds

Pros: Never been to Texas before I wanted to stay close to the water and this is the spot to go! Great price for the location. Beautiful kitchen as well stocked for cooking. Cons: Listed as a four bedroom and is definitely more of a two bedroom situation. They have an extra bonus room, but it does not have any beds… just a couch. The master bathroom plumbing does not work well (did not flush) and we did not have enough blankets for each one of the provided beds.Just know there is three total queens and one twin the rest of the “beds” they list is are couches, not even a pullout bed to make up the difference of listed beds. Maybe if the extra people were kids, they wouldn’t mind sleeping on the couch, but they were not comfortable.However, all this said, I probably would still rent again because the price and location was worth it.

Amazing hidden gem

Amazing little hidden gem. Walking distance to boardwalk but if you have littles there is no sidewalk to the boardwalk. 10-15 minutes from NASA. Plenty of local amenities near by. The house exterior is 60's ranch style but the inside has been beautifully updated. The driveway is tucked back on a small curved road off the main road. If you have a vehicle bigger than an f 250 it will be tight but can be done.

Great property!

Wonderful stay at this property. House was clean and owner was easy to communicate with. Owner provided a lot of extra amenities as well. Very pleasant experience. The house is a two-bedroom house with a media room, living room, and large dining room. Kitchen was well stocked. The initial listing shows the house about 3 blocks closer to the boardwalk than it actually is. Still walkable if you don't mind a long walk. My family's preference was to drive due to the distance and we had our elderly mom/grandma with us. The house is phenomenal and there is plenty of parking at the boardwalk to drive down there.

Great location! Walkable to Kemah boardwalk and Kemah nightlife. Angela was fantastic!

We traveled with our adult children. We had plenty of room. There was 1 queen in the primary, double bunk beds and a trundle twin in one bedroom and there was another room with a comfortable couch. It was great to walk to the fun that Kemah has to offer. There are 4-5 fun bars to walk to plus the boardwalk is great for kids and families. Easy drive or uber to NASA, Rowdys for line dancing and two stepping and Galveston was a short drive to get to the beach. I was happy to have some of the comforts that I haven't seen at some rentals, salt and pepper, laundry detergent, foil, canola oil and some spices. All the things that you don't want to buy a big container of for a short stay. Check what is available before you go grocery shopping. We enjoyed the comfortable lawn furniture in the back yard. Angela went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Would definitely stay here again especially when our grandchildren reach school age.

Not as advertised

The home was not as described. Home did not sleep 10 people as advertised. Kitchen was not usable due to dropped sink. Home was filthy and had bugs, cockroaches and ants. Wi-Fi password did not work. Multiple attempts to contact homeowner were unsuccessful.

We arrived not knowing that the a/c has been out all week but we were told on arrival that someone was supposed to come and never did and that went on for the whole duration of our stay. We only got compensated for one night even though both nights we were without air conditioning. The place also had gnats everywhere. We were also informed that we could not use the garage even though there was a storm coming in because it is being used for storage.

Nice house

House was good, the sleeping conditions are a little odd, be sure to pay close attention to the details. The ottoman sleeping is just for little kids. There is only two rooms with beds, the bonus room has a couch and ottoman with frosted glass French doors, so not quiet or private, but we didn't care, we put the single male adult in there and it was great. The yard was nice and big. The front yard is nice too, but there is the sewer sub station right in front of the house and if the wind is right, you get a very strong sewer smell outside, but NOT inside, which is nice. The supplies inside the home are awesome, laundry detergent, softener, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Couches are comfortable and spacious. Beds were comfortable, bedding was nice too. Bunk beds make alot of squeaky sounds but you can tell where they have been reinforced with JB Weld. The location of the home was perfect for my plans. The host was awesome!! I had a couple of issues, she addressed them immediately. I just needed more blankets, she told where to find them, i didn't have hot water, she explained a construction issue and the hot water was back on when i needed it most. The host was extremely helpful.

Location is great no more than an hour to get to some of the great attractions in the area, i.e. NASA, NRG stadium, Toyota Center, Galleria, Kemah Boardwalk, Galveston Island/ Beaches, Tangier Outlet center just to name a few.
