We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. She even stopped by to see how everything was. The location was convenient, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Family vacation

We had a great time at this rental. It is located near great restaurants and outlets. It is also a short drive to Assateague State Park and the beach. It’s also close to the park and ride bus stop to go into Ocean City.

I strongly caution prospective guests to read this before booking. We paid a disproportionate amount for four nights at a property presented as a **“brand new 3-bedroom 2-bath house.”** We left after roughly 24 hours.I recognize that everyone’s cleanliness and quality standards differ, but this did not meet ours. We arrived to dirty floors, food/debris, heavily stained rugs, unidentified splatter/marks on walls and artwork, dirty vents/filters, damaged trim/ceiling framing, and poor overall upkeep. I rolled up the rugs because I was not comfortable letting my one-year-old crawl on them.There were essentially no cleaning supplies available, not even paper towels, so we bought our own. The refrigerator would not stay closed and had to be secured with a dog leash. The oven was rusted/dirty, the toaster had old crumbs, and some cabinets would not close.The living room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which I reported immediately. We later found older reviews mentioning cigarette smoke and significant noise from the upstairs unit. We experienced shouting, stomping and furniture dragging late into the night.Most importantly, this was not the private house we believed we booked. After payment, the host referred to it as **“apartment 2,”** and we learned there were other units above/beside us with shared outdoor space.Others may find this acceptable. We did not, and I wish I had seen a review this detailed before booking.

Empty Space

The property lacked basic amenities that are needed. There weren’t dressers for clothes, we had to have items in bags or in floors. No floor mats in either bathroom room, cookware was so old that we had to purchase some. In other words we had to pay for items that should have been provided at the location. The yard was filled with old furniture and rusty things one could get hurt on.

Everything was great at this property, very nice and clean, very good parking, the host was very good with prompt communication and quick to resolve any issues we had. I wish we would’ve known it was a duplex before booking but that’s probably more my fault.

We had a great stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Our favorite part was the fenced yard, which was perfect for our dogs to run and play. We would definitely stay here again!

Great but not 100% accurate

The posting says “house”, but the unit is actually one of 3 apartments in a house. The walls between this unit and the others are thin, so sounds (and even smells) bleed into your unit. That being said, the location and cleanliness were wonderful. There was plenty of space for our big family, and we love that it is dog-friendly. Parking is also a plus! Overall we had a positive experience, but perhaps bring earplugs and know that there are three apartments in the house. Kate was kind enough to offer us another night for free because of our experience:)

The place was so clean it was like new.

I had a great stay. The place was so clean. There was a yard for my dog to play in. Kate was a great host. She responded back to me almost immediately and answered all my questions. I look forward to having her as a host again.

Great roomy place, close to everything

This was a great, roomy place for the price. It is close to everything and pet friendly. I liked that we had multiple bathrooms and had room to spread out. Plenty of parking and close to everything. Pet friendly and close to pet friendly beaches! We would stay here again!
