Kitchen stocked for a family

Great place for a family get together for near-by wedding. Kitchen was well stocked, w lots of accessories, spices, utensils. Good coffee options. Mugs, water bottles, paper products. Appreciated the separate bathrooms in each bedroom. Down stairs bedroom was much COLDer than the rest of the house. Couldn't find how to adjust that. So be careful who you put in lower bedroom!

The location was perfect, everything was as described. The house was very clean and I was very impressed by the details provided for where things were, like labels in the kitchen, labels on light switches, etc. Internet was great, it was fast and reliable. All the TVs were smart TVs which was great. Matt, the host, communicated well and immediately addressed an issue with the air conditioning not working when we arrived and made sure it was taken care of. I was very impressed by how quickly and appropriately he handled the situation. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a large group going on the DBBB like my group was, or other activities in the Red River Gorge area. Each bedroom had multiple beds and it's own bathroom which was fantastic with multiple couples on our trip. While we did not have an opportunity to use the hot tub during our stay, we did look at it and it was clean and seemed in good operation.
