The queen bedroom opens up to the true gem of the home, a private porch with Adirondack seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The first floor includes a queen bed and bath (shower only).

Up the spiral staircase to the second-floor living areas, there is a well-equipped kitchen, along with breakfast bar dining for three. The kitchen is well supplied with an oven, four-burner stove top, dishwasher, microwave, blender, and coffee pot. The living area is complete with a sofa and chair, and a Juliette balcony that overlooks 30A with wonderful town views and you can see the fireworks from this balcony for July 4th and New Year's Eve!
