This 3 BR home is in a perfect location to accommodate both traveling professionals and vacation goers.

The home is located within minutes of Advent Health Fish Memorial Hospital and Daytona State College's Deltona Campus.

It's also located central to the famous Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, and Universal Studios in Orlando. These attractions are about 30 minutes in either direction of the home.

Great Rental

Needed to stay for a long weekend in Deltona. This property fit the bill perfectly. Easy access, close to a grocery store, and very clean.Very happy with the stay overall.

Our work crew were working in New Smyrna, they didn't mind the drive. House was clean and comfortable.

We we're in town for Graduation. Nice place to stay with family comfort beds and clean. Couple have used a few more kitchen towels . Communicate was the best

Nice stay

Good location. A bit of road noise at night, but not unbearable. The house was clean and plenty of room for our family of 7. Kitchen is stocked with basic items. The washing machine was broken when we got there but the host was quick to respond and had the situation resolved within 48 hours.
