Thank you so much for your great review. We really appreciate it as once in awhile we get a picky guest who seems the only thing they have to do is try to find things to complain about. But the majority of our guests really appreciate the privacy and large property to enjoy.

This guest was the worst guest we have had in years. They left our house a mess and never called to complain about anything. I never called her to tell her what she could not do. Do not ever rent o this guest unless you want your house to be left in a dirty condition. If you look at our reviews you will see we get 95 % 5 star reviews. We do not rent to guests who have pets so there was no animal hair in the house and it was very clean until after her group left. Our cleaning lady called complaining about how dirty they left it. What a nightmare guest. She as you can see by our other reviews complained about everything thst our other guests complement us about. We put a sign on our boat ramp not to be used as it is hasardous by the lake algae growing on it. We do it to protect our guests. We also have a rule about eating in the bedrooms. This guest left food on the beds, and under them. We don’t charge a cleaning fee to save guests money and ask them to do basic cleaning, s. This guest cleaned nothing leaving a total disgusting mess. If you don’t want a filthy house after a guest leaves who complained about everything she can think of do not rent to them. You will be sorry. Our superguest host status and almost all 5 star reviews speaks for itself
