This 28 m² gite with independent access is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house which also includes another gite on the ground floor (21301) and another rental. It is composed as follows: - Kitchen living room - 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed - Shower room/WC Access to the cottage by a concrete slope. - Common ground of 2000 m² - 14m² covered terrace - Garden furniture - Barbeque - Car park - Air conditioning in the living room - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Compartment/freezer - Television - Wifi An apartment, 150m from the sea on foot!
