Bermuda Beachfront - the name says it all. This 3 bedroom 3 bath home will accommodate up to 14 guests. This beachfront home is located only steps to the sand and surf - nothing except sand between you and the water. The family will love the beachfront access - views from left to right - all water. Bermuda Beach is close to all the attractions that Galveston has to offer.

Bermuda Beachfront home offers an open floor plan with kitchen (fully outfitted for all the cooking you will want to do), dining to the living area has gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the windows or sitting on the deck while the entire family watches as the sun comes up toward the East and the shrimp boats glide past the second sand bar. Guests will enjoy a 65"" flat-screen TV in the living area. This three-bedroom home has sleeping accommodations as follows. Three bedrooms and three full baths on the main level of the house (remember all houses are up one flight of stairs). The primary bedroom on the main level features a king-size bed (sleeps 2), TV and bath with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen size beds (sleeps 4) and a full bath with step-in shower. The third bedroom has two twin over full bunks beds (sleeps 6). The living area features a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Charcoal up the grills and hang out downstairs listening to the sounds of the surf roll in. A great place to spend your summer vacation and a quick trip to the Galveston Strand, Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, restaurants, and much more! Location, location, location!

This was a nice house. It was a older home but everything worked, the A/C was great, The washer & dryer were outside under the house in the storage room, that was the only thing I didn’t like but it would not stop me from staying again. Great location on the beach. My family had a great time!

The location is amazing and the house was clean. The air conditioning doesn’t keep up in the hottest part of the day and the pillows really need an upgrade.

The property was perfectly located and we enjoyed our stay overall.The house as well as the furnishings have become very dated in worn, but again overall it was fine. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking at the ocean and for this, the house is perfect.

2 cockroaches found immediately upon entry. Shower in 1 bedroom did not work. Outdoor shower handle broken and hot/cold reversed; drawer in kitchen fell apart when opened . TV in bedroom not supported by WiFi. Outdoor spigot broken.Good location and view. Nice to have chairs etc for beach in shed.

Beware- this property was not clean on our arrival. The cleaning crew was sent and took about 90 minutes to get the place clean. Then the problems began to develop. The AC unit could not keep the house cool. The refrigerator would not stay cold (average temperature 50 degrees). The bed in the room with bunks was atrocious (think springs with cloth cover). The living room couch and loveseat had large tears in the fabric. The downstairs outdoor shower floor was covered in sand and poor drainage and the hot water cutoff handle was broken. Overall the property seemed unclean in general. To their credit the management agency found another unit for us after the first night. Apparently the owner of this unit does not care about may. The entire experience was worsened by the fact that I had contacted the company prior to our arrival and was assured the above issues had been resolved- completely false. Stay away from this unit.

The reviews are correct that the home is definitely showing signs of wear. They did replace the living room furniture, however the ants are still there and the fridge still does not get below 40 degrees (simple fix for the fridge… it needs to be replaced). We reported the ants to management company but if they don’t treat the yard as well, the property will still have the problem. It technically has the dishes you need for a rental but don’t expect finery. If you are picky about cookware, bring your own. Also, I should have noticed… no washer or dryer… a problem if you are staying multiple days for towels. I would not rent this house again for the price at all. Much better properties island for the price.

After reading some of the recent reviews, I was a little worried about this property. Luckily, there was absolutely no need to be. While it could use a little maintenance (as could most of the older beachfront homes), it is really quite wonderful. The location is superb, the house is super comfortable, and my goodness, you can't beat the view. We truly had a great time and would not hesitate to rent again.

Location Location Location

This beach house is all about location on Bermuda Beach, just a very few miles from west of Galveston and was not overrun with people. It was accurately advertised, clean and well stocked in the kitchen for cooking. The balcony was a plus with a wonderful view all day & night. This beachfront house is one we all agreed will be great to come back to.

Great location

House and location were wonderful. Spacious rooms, plenty of space. Only issue was there were tiny ants that bite so pest control is needed.

Great location

Location is great! A few steps from the beach and near town. The house is good for a family. 3 rooms and 3 full bathrooms are great! The property has some minor maintenance issues, but it was clean and everything worked well. However there was a pile of old tile on the deck and the yard was overgrown.

The furniture is very outdated and uncomfortable. The doors need to be replaced and house needs TLC. Property management was great though!

Exceptional location!

Everyone at Ryson Rental was great to work with. The property needs some cosmetic updates but it was clean when we arrived. Amazing, amazing location! We had a great trip.
