This unit has all the conveniences of home - including free WiFi, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, brand new stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer among much more. The balcony has stunning Gulf Views. Walk out the front door to find lake and amazing views of Panama City Beach. The lake and boardwalk at the Laketown Wharf are a hidden treasures where many guests enjoy a lighted dancing water show each night. Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave the wristbands on the Kitchen Counter Adjust thermostat to 78 F
Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Our cleaning lady will unload them, but if you wish not to do the dishes, she will do it for you for an additional $20
Make sure that there are NO food items left in the fridge or pantry
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you are using the blowup mattress, please deflate and keep it back in the cabinet after each use.

We loved our stay and Sirish as an owner was awesome. We had no issues and the owner checked in on how we were doing. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was right there. If I had a question about the condo or the Wharf, I had a response within minutes. We’ve made many trips to Florida and this condo was the best we have had.

Laketown Wharf Resort

The Condo 504 was nice, clean and comfortable. The owner responded promptly to my every message. I only had to send one about WiFi but that was my fault for not looking over the welcome package like I should have. As far as the resort. We hated the fact that we could not get elevators because they were so crowded, not enough elevators for the amount of people at the resort. We mostly had to use stairs, luckily we were just on the 5th floor. It got very old trying to get everything up and down. We Loved the pool across from the Lobby, the light/music show was okay every night but music needed to be a little louder but that’s probably the only good things I can say we liked about the resort.

Beautiful property elevators are extremely slow wait times can be 20 minutes. Food and shops on property are Awesome. Lots of college kids so if you are a family might not want to stay here.

Great Resort Location

Very clean quiet condo with many attractions within walking distance. Condo is in quiet corner of large complex. Great ocean view, beautiful beach multiple pools, fitness room and many dining options available on premises. This is a very family friendly resort. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had.
