Magical experience

The cabin was absolutely amazing. Very quiet neighborhood. Pool table was a lot of fun to play. Overall an awesome experience. Would recommend this cabin 10/10. And for the price, it’s unbeatable.

We rented this cabin to enjoy a relaxing getaway with the family. The cabin is in a perfect location. Everything is within reasonable distance and still far enough away from the busy town. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed as we did a lot of cooking. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great time at the Jolene Jolene House. It’s down at the end of our cul-de-sac and very quiet. There was report of a bear that came through the first morning, but we did not see it. The house is clean. The house was well stocked, we were very pleased with our rental

Not worth it for the money.

Beautiful home & good location. When we go there it wasn’t very clean, internet did not work the whole stay, (they gave us a 25.00 night refund for internet). Upstairs bedroom bed was broke, the bed didn’t even have screw in it, making when you laid down, felt like your blood was going to rush to your head. Some kind of nats flying everywhere and biting us inside the home. For the price you pay I would deff recommend somewhere else. Hot tub was nice and hot. Fridge did not get very cold.

The cabin was beautiful. It was perfect spot for us. I needed the ramp. I am disabled. One main plus was our fur baby was welcomed. And she did great. Just a few cons. The refrigerator did not have an ice maker. The stove eyes were uneven which made it hard to cook. The commode seat in Lowe bathroom was loose. We tried to tighten it but couldn’t. The tub needs a mat and handle bar in it. When we visit our favorite vacation spot again we will definitely want to rent your cabin. It is a perfect location. Close to everything but out. Thank you very much.

Nice place, need some updates

We enjoyed our stay but a few things below could be addressed. Mattresses need to be updated. The upstairs bed was really uncomfortable. Downstairs was better but still not great. Outdoor lighting was very limited. Would be nice to have the outside lighted better. The upstairs bathroom had mold in the shower. The dishwasher is not attached at the top and almost pulled out when we opened it. The top of the stove seemed unsecured. I know it sounds like a lot of recommendations but overall we enjoyed our stay. Really liked the location and the house itself was very nice and a very reasonable price. We received very quick responses to our questions as well.

Convenient Cabin

This is a sweet little cabin that is conveniently located very close to the main strip of pigeon forge. It’s a cute layout and great for 4 people + kids. The pool table upstairs was great and the hot tub was clean and worked well for entertainment. The back porch was peaceful! While we’re thankful this cabin allowed us to bring the dog, it wasn’t the cleanest. There were clumps of white dog hair on the stairs and in corners around the house that didn’t come from our pup. There was trash left and surfaces that hadn’t been wiped down completely. There were quite a few crumbs on the living room rug. I do plan to contact the correct people to make sure they know about these missed spots - hopefully they can do a better job cleaning in the future so that this can be a perfect spot for someone’s future getaway! It’s a great cabin and would certainly want to book again.

Great potential, but needs some serious help!

The floors were very dirty and unclean. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and there was a note that stated the air could not be turned below 70 or the unit would freeze, there was a portable air conditioner that worked but overall the cabin was very hot during July. The pilot light was turned on the gas logs and we only noticed this at check out, but it couldn’t be turned off. There was no dish washing detergent for the dish washer, and overall we as a family regret staying here. The cabin has great potential, but some repairs and a deep cleaning is needed. The floors appear to not have been swept or mopped in ages.

The cabin was everything advertised and clean. There was some damage to molding on the floor and scratches on the walls and main door but that can be expected since the cabin is pet friendly. However the air conditioner did not work when we arrived. I contacted vacasa about the issue and all they could do the night we arrived was create a ticket and let local management office know of the issue. We where extremely uncomfortable that night considering it was 80 degrees in that cabin. The next day the local management office called and said they would try to get someone out to fix the issue and offered to move me to another cabin. I did not want to pack my family of 4 plus a dog up in the middle of our vacation and we had already purchased attraction tickets with set times and packing up we would have missed our scheduled show's so I said we would see if the tech could fix the issue. He did come the same day but was unable to fix it and would need to come back the next day. So we stayed another night in a hot muggy cabin. We had to go buy fans to put in the windows just to make it barrable. On the third day the A/C was fixed and working. So in total 2 days out of our 4 day vacation where less than ideal. I will most likely not be staying with vacasa again.

Cozy and Close to Everything

This cabin was cozy, clean, and conveniently located. We loved how close it was to the main strip (parkway) but still felt secluded. There was a nice park nearby where we took the kids to play. The cabin had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for Our Family

It's about 3 minutes from the main strip, close to a Kroger and Dollar General. The upstairs has a king bed with bunk beds in the room. There isn't a tub in the bathroom, but there is a jacuzzi tub in the room. Downstairs has a shower/tub combo in the bathroom and a king size bed. The kitchen has pots and pans, plates and glasses, and a coffee maker with filters. I liked that the back porch has a hot tub and no access to the yard. We were able to let out little ones run around and no worried about them escaping. The layout worked great for our family- my elderly parents were able to stay downstairs and have their own space and we stayed upstairs with our toddlers in the room with us, close by. There is also a pool table upstairs which was fun and you could also watch the TV downstairs from the pool table area. There's a small side yard and back yard where the pets could do their business. There's only 1 cabin past this one and there was hardly any vehicle traffic which was great. We will most definitely look into staying here again for our next family vacation. Downfalls- both king size beds have sinking spots in them., like the other reviews stated. I think the corners of the parking area and the steps could use some TLC from the overgrown weeds and vines in the parking area (we tripped a few times), and the vines coming through the steps. Nothing major and definitely not a deal breaker. We locked the handle by accident the first time we left and realized that wasn't supposed to happen. I was able to call the number and get that fixed within a few minutes. Very easy and the rep was nice. All around great experience.

Decent home away from home

Jolene Jolene is a nice little cabin not too far from the Parkway. It’s fairly private and quiet. There are a few matters that need some attention, but all in all, it was a decent place to stay.

5 to Vacassa and local managers to address our requests for trash pickup and a full sized coffee maker. Locally, Trent came to the home twice to check our lack of water and report the city was doing work. Excellent communication. 2 for beds too soft and sunken. Love seat with a sunken seat. 2 for temperature regulation in home. Cold downstairs aNd an oven upstairs. 5 for indoor cleanliness 3 for outdoor cleanliness but trash was picked up. Windows are dirty outside. 5 for nice neighborhood and feeling safe.

Has potential

This cabin is in a great location and is a nice cabin but needs some fixing up. The front door handle kept getting stuck. The lights in the kitchen had a switch problem so wouldn't come on automatically; had to wait for whenever it would come on. The hot tub upstairs was not working. The Nescafe machine was not working. The bathrooms were clean because we could smell the bleach but other things needed some cleaning. Also there was a portable AC unit in the dining area with the vent tube attached to the kitchen window and taped down to the window sill. We'll probably look for another cabin in this area next time.
