EXCLUSIVELY FOR FAMILIES. NO BOOKINGS FOR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE OR BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES. Two-bedroom apartment with a full bathroom with shower, separate kitchen, living/dining room, and terrace. First floor, all exterior-facing, with views of the interior of the complex. Quiet complex with a swimming pool near the Hotel Principal, next to Clot de la Mota Park. Approximately 300 meters from the beach. Very well maintained. Ideal for families with children. Maximum capacity: 4 people. The price includes bed linens, kitchen towels, and hand towels. No pets allowed. No parking. Parties and any other activities that violate the Neighborhood Code are NOT permitted.

Optional services payable on site and booked before arrival:
- Cot: €3 per day

- Pet supplement: €20 per stay
