Great stay convenient to Letchworth State Park. Fenced in back yard was nice for our little pup. The outdoor deck was great to relax after a day in the park.

My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay at your house. It is cozy and clean,good location for our hot air balloon ride at Letchworth State Park. Nice partialview of the lake and host was very prompt in answering my questions before wearrived. Everything went smooth for our entire stay and highly recommend staying here!

Great middle point between attractions all over New York and Canada. We did a waterfall tour, Letchworth/ Watkins glen/ Niagara. Very cozy cottage, right on silver lake. Host was great, gave us directions about the town speed limits. Very enjoyable, allowing us to kick back as we drove around the area. The shower thou was very small. We bought wood for the fire pit, but never had time to use it.

The beds were really comfy. There were heaters on each floor and blankets on the couch for cool mornings. It was a quiet and fun place for our getaway.

Very cute cottage that was well furnished. The location was perfect for us. We have a family cottage not too far from there.We had some summer storms that caused some power outages but we survived and the power returned soon enough.We enjoyed coffee on the front deck and listening to the neighborhood activities. We had the added benefit of 4th of July fireworks that we could enjoy from the front deck as well!

This was a great little cottage with close access to Letchworth State Park. Everything we needed was provided, and we really loved the outdoor fire ring! Perfect for our family weekend away to experience New York fall foliage!
