Walking in the elegant entryway, you will immediately notice the soothing color palette and beautiful coastal decor. Gorgeous mist blue walls and wood floors lead the way to the spacious living area. A full sized gray sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat, and colorful swivel are centered around a large flat screen smart TV. Through the glass sliders that line this room lies a breathtaking view of the pool and ocean. Step right off of this private patio and you will find yourself on the path to the pool and beach!

Since the kitchen, dining, and living space are all part of one large great room, the fully equipped luxury kitchen also features this beautiful view! Stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful white cabinetry make this kitchen a chef's dream! Prepare a tasty meal for the entire family after a day on the beach from this wonderful space. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer are also centrally located in this area for your convenience.

The adjacent wooden dining table offers 6 seagrass chairs while the neighboring bar stool area offers seating for an additional 2. Windows line the walls of this end villa allowing warm sunlight to pour in through the plantation shutters.

Family time

This cozy home close to the beach and easy access to the pool. Very close to the beautiful Ritz Carlton. The home was stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas. Our stay was perfect with accommodations perfect for our family. It was a close drive to old town Amelia with a lot of great food choices. Our only problem was we didn’t stay long enough, a weekend was too short a stay. We will definitely come back!

The location was fantastic! I would prefer a more updated condo. Bathrooms need updating. Dryer does not work well. We stayed in this unit in July and August and had trouble with dryer both visits.
