The private heated swimming pool, open from Easter to All Saints' Day, includes an outdoor shower and a pool house with a shower and toilet. Public parking is available nearby. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property. On the ground floor: an office, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen/dining room (with a fireplace), and a bathroom. The Pianist's Room, accessible to people with reduced mobility, has a private shower room/toilet. It is separate and accessed from the garden. Upstairs, the staircase splits, leading to two wings with well-distributed sleeping areas: • on one side, three large double bedrooms, each with a private shower room and toilet, including the superb Poet's Master Bedroom with its own bathroom; • on the other side, a games and television room, as well as two adjoining bedrooms, also with private shower rooms and toilets.
