Relax with the family at this mid century/ boho furnished home with heated pool in a beautiful fully fenced back yard with tiki bar. Enjoy 2 master suites, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All rooms have walk in closets. Only 5 min drive to Nokomis beach, 10 min to Venice beach. Walking distance to Legacy trail (over 20 miles from Venice to Sarasota), tennis courts, playground at Nokomis park. Lots of restaurants only a few minutes away, some walking distance. Fast 500GB up/down internet speed around the property. 5 smart TV’s including one in Tiki Bar. Tiki bar with lots of grilling space ( including Traeger) is nested next to a heated pool. Fully stocked kitchen and stylish dining room that will make you want to eat at home. House is beach ready with chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon. 0.6 acres with tons of parking on the premises. Fully fenced back yard with mature trees, plants, swings and fire pit area. Very quiet neighborhood in cul-de-sac.

Pool - keep tv remote in ziplock bag in tiki bar; no glass by the pool, no food or drink in the pool; cover tv and patio set when raining.
Parking in the street is not allowed. Please respect the neighbors Grill- plz clean grill/ utensils at check out. No messing with pool temperature.
Only toilet paper goes in the toilet. No Wipes. 400$ unclogging fee if it’s clogged by a guest

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The hot tub was hot, the pool was warm, and we enjoyed both daily. Watching a football game on the outdoor TV while sitting in the hot tub was a highlight.The house was clean, well appointed, and very spacious with a great layout that wraps around the pool. We loved being just steps from the pool with plenty of shade, loungers, and a large, nice yard. The beds were comfortable, and it was a big plus that each bedroom had its own bathroom.We also had fun playing ping pong and enjoyed the close proximity to the Sunset Hut where we enjoyed live music while watching the sunset with our feet in the sand. Highly recommend the Tiki Oasis!

There space both inside and outside were expansive. We really liked how we were able spread out. The host was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.

a great place for our vacation, love the outdoor space with pool, just need to get the jacuzzi working then it will be perfect, we will return, it was great !

Amazing Beach Rental

We had the absolute best time staying at Tiki Oasis. The house was perfect for our group (four adults and one toddler) - we had enough "together" space but could let the baby nap in his own room. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all well sized and located in the home. The easy drive to the beach was unbeatable. We spent most of our days lazing around the pool and ventured to the beach at night and it was easy breezy. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful spacious home, beautiful outdoor spaces. Only concern was the knobs on the stove kept turning on when bumped…. Other than that, perfection!
