Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. NOTE- NO A/C.

We had a wonderful time renting this condo. It had absolutely everything for us from fire wood, to games, access to the hot tub and pool. The best part was how close it was to purgatory. It was clean, cozy, and a great experience.

Perfect Couple’s Getaway

This unit was the perfect setting for our week in Durango. Very nicely decorated, clean, nice views, and easy checkin/checkout. Perfect space for a couple and much better than staying at a hotel. We would defintely stay here again!

Love Cascade Village

We stay at these condos each year. This little studio is perfect for our needs as a couple - cheaper than the in town hotels and closer to the activities we love to do.

Awesome location. We have stayed at purgatory multiple times but it was overpriced for Fourth of July and this was reasonable. Hadn’t really been here before but it was more quiet and peaceful and possibly even prettier (although the twilight mountains aren’t seen quite as well seen here). Everyone morning woke up and walked around: if you go south there is a walking trail near the last house and to the random pole and back is 1.5 miles. Saw a family of marmots. Beautiful view of Engineer MountainAs for the property it was everything advertised and everything worked wonderfully. The studio apartment was just right for a couple. Fridge and kitchenette were great. Be aware no oven just a microwave. WiFi speed fast at 250 MB/second. TV set up to stream and automatically logs you out on departure day. Jacuzzi tub great but takes a while to fill. Pool and hot tub and laundry exactly as advertised It was easy to communicate with host and they were very responsive We would stay here again

We loved everything about this condo. The location was perfect for all the hiking we had planned. Nothing beats the views you have all around you. The room was the perfect size for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was friendly and helpful. We would go back in a heartbeat.

The room was nice and clean. The owner was a little delayed in responding to messages. The internet says it disconnects at 11 am on the checkout day; however it does not. The internet shut off before we woke up the morning of checking out. We were waiting to see what news was on but we were unable to access any kind of news or internet connection until after we got out of the building on our way home. Other than that it was a nice place to stay for my daughter’s wedding.
