Lumaca - CONCA - Gîte

Apartment with swimming pool between the Côte de Nacres, Porto Vecchio and Bavella. On the edge of the village, facing the maquis, this 46 m² studio is on the ground floor of the owners' villa. It comprises: - Living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (a third person is welcome at no extra charge, if it is a child) - Enclosed sleeping area with a 160 x 200 cm bed - Shower room/WC Access to the gite is via a staircase of about thirty steps from the parking space. - Partially covered terrace of 30 m² - Garden furniture - Barbecue - Swimming pool (8x4 meters, depth: 1 to 1.80 meters) shared with the owners, open and heated from June 1 to September 30, secured by a security shutter. Access to the pool is only permitted to those specified in the rental agreement. - Deckchairs - Parking on the property - Washing machine - Microwave oven - Refrigerator with freezer compartment - Ceiling fan in the living room/kitchen - Filter and coffee pod machine - Television - Wi-Fi - Towel dryer - Hair dryer - Beds made upon arrival - Beach kit: one towel per person, one cooler, one umbrella
