Less than 5 km from Corte, in the heart of the mountains, 26 m² studio located on the 1st floor of a house comprising an adjoining gite (64491), two seasonal rentals on the ground floor and the owners' apartment on the second floor. It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen with 1 bed in 160x200cm - Shower room - WC - Small dressing room Located along the road connecting the village of Tralonca to Corte Owners' dog roams freely on the property Tenants of the adjoining cottage pass by in front of the accommodation - Private covered terrace of 10 m² - Garden furniture - Plancha grill - 1 free parking space in the property's parking lot (access via a small steep slope) Shared with cottage 64491 and the two other seasonal rentals: - Swimming pool (11 x 4.5 meters, depth: 1.4 meters), accessible throughout the rental period and secured by an alarm. Access to the swimming pool is only permitted to those listed in the rental agreement. - 6 deckchairs - Pétanque court - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen - Mini-oven - Microwave - Top-loading refrigerator (75L) - Small freezer compartment - Filter coffee maker - Television - Wi-Fi - Washing machine, ironing board, and iron shared by both cottages (in the outdoor laundry room) - Hairdryer - Towel dryer - Breakfast is included in the rental price for the entire duration of the stay. - Beds are made upon arrival - Pool towel rental (€5/person), to be reserved directly with the owner - Arrivals possible from 5:00 p.m. Near Corte, air-conditioned studio with shared pool and breakfast included, ideal for a stay for two!
