Summary:
New Owner and completely remodeled 3 bedroom house in Cholla Bay. There is a view from the second floor balcony of the Bay facing north. The property has lots of space, one car garage, and is less than a minute walk to the ocean. The Rooftop balcony provides 360 degree views including competition hill. Great place to relax with friends and family. The property has all new appliances and a full kitchen. No cats allowed, and there is an additional fee of $10 USD per night per dog.

Wonderful house and location. Only negative was the hot tub could have been cleaned, it had a ring of filth.

Family getaway on the bay

Tom's place was nice. The rooftop is a neat feature for the expansive view and quiet. Of course it was a bit windy so we didn't spend a ton of time up there. The "pool" is about the size of a hottub for reference. We ended up not using it as the bay was in high tide and we spent a lot of time in the bay.

Perfect peaceful getaway in Cholla Bay

This property is just like the photos in the listing. We had a great time here and would absolutely stay here again! My partner and I brought our two small dogs with us, and this place was perfect for us. The location was great, we felt very safe and thought it was a pretty quiet part of the neighborhood. Only a minute walk to the beach and a few minute drive from all the best places in Cholla Bay. This property had everything we could have needed to be comfortable on our short trip.

Awesome Host!

We loved the condo but would have enjoyed a different location. Condo is a bit out of town. Neighbors had obnoxious dogs that constantly barked which made sitting on the upper deck which was kind of a drag but otjer than that the place is amazing.

Great quiet place

This house is very comfortable. The capacity is more than we expected and i love that we didn’t have to leave the house if we didn’t want to to have a relaxing time. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The owner was very fast at answering any concerns we had about the house. I would definitely visit again.

BEST GATEWAY!!!

This place is so spacious and beautiful!!! It is so relaxing and so close to the beach and bars ! The top of the house is everything. We celebrated my 2 nieces bday and all 10 of them fell in love ! Thank you to Tom too very sweet and understanding.

Good time

The house was very clean and the pool was great. Easy check in!!! The heater on the pool was not working but before we even checked in, it was already getting worked on. Communication with Tom was great the whole time. Having access to the garage was nice to have. The view up top of the water and competition hill were beautiful and fun. The house has huge TV’s, that was a bonus. We will definitely be renting again.

Great House

My family and I stayed at La Casa Cholla in April 2022 and we had a great experience. The house is very spacious and very clean! The neighborhood is a quiet safe place. We will def consider staying at this same house when we go back. We love the outside patio and the rooftop area!

Clean and comfy

Great experience very nice comfortable house big enough for our big family and pet friendly. Location was perfect for us because we bring our toys to go off road to the competition hill
