Welcome and relax at our newly renovated home Bayview Breeze, with water view of Monroe Bay on a quiet street on "the point" in Colonial Beach. The house is perfect for a quiet retreat or family gathering with tons of space, including a large fenced in backyard. Feel the breeze and watch gorgeous sunsets from the large screened in porch- a perfect place to relax or enjoy family meals.
Downtown attractions, restaurants and beaches are close enough to walk, hike or access by golf cart.

The house was perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed the views of the water from the side porch. We rented golf carts and it was easy to get around from the house.

This VRBO was nice and large! Very clean and even had two refrigerators and a fenced in backyard. The host communicated really well with us. It easily sleeps 8 as long as two don’t mind being in the living room on a pull out sofa. Beds were really comfortable! Nice view of the water from the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked! Great place to rent.

We thoroughly enjoyed out time at this home. The screened in porch with the Bay View was where we spent most of time while at home. There's plenty of parking, a large fenced yard for our pup, staples including kitchen soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper. The home was very comfortable and loved the Decor. Eric is a very accommodating host! We hope to stay here again.

Perfect long weekend getaway!

Great house and location! Had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent again. Really loved having a fenced yard for my dog and spending time on the screened porch looking at the beautiful view.porch

We had a great trip to the Bayview Breeze home in Colonial Beach, VA. It's pet-friendly and so close to the town and all the little beach areas. You can walk places, rent a golf cart, or drive! The house was so clean and very spacious! We would totally stay here again!

This was our second time staying here and, once again, we had a wonderful, relaxing time. Everything was perfect - the house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, it was pet friendly (it has a great fenced yard). There is a great view of the water from the screened-in porch.

Great place to stay at Colonial Beach

Easy check in and simple instructions. Good kitchen and utensils. Very clean, with modern appointments and good linens. In short, very nice house in a great location. It’s not right on the water, but a 2 minute drive to any of the beaches.

Great view of the water!

Loved this house! Pet friendly, with a big fenced in back yard and a screened in porch. When we were at the house we found ourselves on the porch the majority of the time looking out at the water, docks, and boats.

Great getaway!

Eric was a wonderful host—communicative and responsive! The house was clean and spacious—perfect for our family. Enjoyed the screened porch and amenities, particularly the two fridges! Great home and location!

This house is perfect for families looking to get away in Colonial Beach. The location is convenient to everything! The screened porch was a great place to relax and there was bonus live music coming from a campground across the water. Comfortable furniture and all the amenities we needed. Great Trip

We had a great time, it was a really nice place to hang out and relax. The kitchen is well stocked and there is lots of room to spread out. Eric was very responsive and helpful though the whole trip and has clearly put a lot of effort into making a nice place to stay. I highly recommend it!
