Located in the Périgord Noir, in the Vézère Valley Territory, La Berjaliotte is a charming 20-hectare authentic and elegant estate located in the heart of the Périgord forest and its praieries. Set back from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centers, Aurélie and Benoit will welcome you for a relaxing stay in an old stone farmhouse rehabilitated to comfortably accommodate 8 people.
The first floor is composed of a very large living-dining room as well as a beautiful kitchen. The outdoor terrace is accessible from each room by these 3 French windows, there are outdoor sofas, a large table very convivial for outdoor dining and a plancha with a magnificent view.
Upstairs, 3 pretty bedrooms each with their own bathroom or shower room as well as their toilets.
One of the bedrooms gives access to a common terrace with the tower (former dovecote) converted into a 4th bedroom.
The private swimming pool of 11mx5m with salt is heated from June to the end of September, it is secured by an alarm, is not surrounded by a fence and is about sixty meters from the house.
For sports enthusiasts, they will have the pleasure of discovering the tennis court which is located on the heights of the property.
La Berjaliotte is ideally located for all tourist visits, it is located 10 minutes by car from Le Bugue and Les Eyzies.
The great sites of Sarlat, Périgueux and Bergerac are all about thirty minutes by car from the property, we are in the heart of the golden triangle that these 3 towns of the Périgord Noir represent.
