Loved it!!!

This house was charming, and we loved our time there. It is an excellent base for exploring the PĂ©rigord and also an excellent place for sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine. The kitchen can actually be cooked in and has everything you need. The view from the house is lovely. Florence is great and helped to get us settled, and we could not have asked for a better stay.

Formidable!

We loved our stay in this beautiful villa in the mountains of the Dordogne. The view is exceptional and the villa is even more beautiful than the pictures. It's in the perfect location in the capital of the historic finds and you have the beautiful nature of the Dordogne: the mountains, river, forest and villages. A perfect family vacation in this beautiful, rustic, clean and peaceful place!

A Wonderful Stay

The property is spacious and well furnished. We had a full house of 8 adults and two children and had plenty of room. The pool was refreshing and the expansive gardens had plenty of room for a kick about and some racket sports. The area is beautiful and the sunsets were a sight to behold from the patio. The morning mist over the valley was lovely. The house is a great base to explore the Dodrogne. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go again.

A hill top idyll

We had a fabulous week, we were met by the lovely Florence when we arrived who showed us around and explained the property. The photographs online do not really do it justice and it exceeded our expectations.The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and all bathrooms had a hairdryer. The separate laundry room with an additional refrigerator was a bonus. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows if needed. The beautiful garden was huge and well maintained with stunning views over the valley. We all made good use of the pool and sun beds although the only feedback we would give was that the few parasols there weren’t really enough for good shade poolside and do not work fully. All in all we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house and exploring the surrounding area.

Property was great

The property was as advertised, in a good location. Everything you needed was available and the layout within the house suited us well. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication regarding the exact location of the property or how to get into the property until we messaged and phoned the property owner less than a week before arriving there. Apparently this information should have been sent by agents but we didn't get it. On arrival we were met by Florence who was very helpful. We were disappointed to discover dirty cutlery and crockery in the drawer/cupboard, previous occupants had obviously not checked before putting them away. The bed in the downstairs bedroom is very low which may be an issue for some people. We visited many attractions which are all within reasonable driving distance.

Tres belle maison

Maison et emplacement de celle ci au top .Un lieu des plus agréables au calme a 5 mn de toutes commodités et commerces. L'acceuil de Florence a était vraiment super et trÚs chaleureux, merci encore a elle pour sa réactivité. Un endroit et une maison coup de Coeur qui attend de notre part une visite future.!!!!

Zeer leuke topvakantie gehad. Ook hartelijk ontvangen geweest bij aankomst. Enige minpuntje was de airco die niet werkt zoals een airco zou moeten werken. In de kamers boven was het 32 graden met de airco aan.. (buiten wel 37) Maar desondanks dit was het fantastisch.

Vacances familiales

EXCEPTIONNEL ! Magnifique demeure de charme, confortable, chaleureuse et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (tous les lits prĂȘts, un plus fort apprĂ©ciĂ©) dans un cadre idyllique. Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine en famille avec nos enfants et petits-enfants dans cette rĂ©gion si riche en dĂ©couvertes (grottes, villages troglodytiques, forteresses du Moyen Âge et mĂȘme une chocolaterie). Adresse Ă  recommander les yeux fermĂ©s.

TrÚs belle propriété avec super vue dégagée quand on est installé en terrasse, trÚs bien équipée, trÚs agréable à vivre. Nous étions 2 sur 8 à nous baigner car la piscine n'était pas chauffée, tout petit détail qui n'était pas noté dans l'annonce. Mais nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour dans cette propriété. Je le recommande car trÚs belles prestations et dans un trÚs beau lieu.

Ferme authentique et confortable rénovée avec goût pour d

TrĂšs jolie ferme authentique superbement Ă©quipĂ©e . Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l’accueil chaleureux Ă  notre arrivĂ©e , les salles de douches pour chaque chambre , les soupers sur la grande table face aux magnifiques couchers de soleil, la vue imprenable sur la vallĂ©e, la piscine et le trĂšs beau et grand espace de jardin oĂč nos petits-enfants se sont bien amusĂ©s et enfin les nombreux sites touristiques du PĂ©rigord Ă  proximitĂ© . Nous sommes heureusement arrivĂ©s Ă  la fin de la vague de chaleur car la climatisation prĂ©vue dans les chambres ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas . Nous serions heureux d’y revenir l’annĂ©e prochaine !

Excellent séjour

Location trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, propre, fonctionnelle. Tout est rĂ©uni pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Les enfants ont apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine (comme les adultes) ainsi que le jardin oĂč de bonnes parties de cache cache s'y sont dĂ©roulĂ©es

Calme au cƓur de la Dordogne

Belle propriété, encore plus jolie que sur les photos. On s y sent bien. Un peu à l écart de la premiÚre ville et donc calme assuré. Attention le jardin est en pente, ce qui n a pas posé de problÚme à nos enfants mais toujours bon à rappeler. Quelques difficultés rencontrées lors de notre séjour, les propriétaires ont été trÚs réactifs ce qui est appréciable. Tout le monde a bien profité de ce séjour, nous recommandons la maison et la région.

Mooie omgeving, goed ingerichte woning.

De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien met een heerlijk zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. Wij hebben genoten en raden deze woning dan ook zeker aan!
