Amazing location. Villa has plenty of amenities needed such as beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. Kitchen has all the needed appliances and kitchen tools needed. Community has grill that we used often so stock up at Costco or Foodland on your way up and you don’t need to leave, except for the Ted’s bakery and kahuku farms run. This is our 4th villa in the community to rent and it’s one of the better maintained units.

We wish we could have stayed a little longer at this wonderful property. The condo was so spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was lovely -- a real ocean view, not just a sliver. Jimmy was extremely responsive and helpful. We hope to return someday!

Condo is well appointed, clean, comfortable, beds are great, bathrooms perfect, kitchen had enough utensils, pans, plates, etc for our group of 9. Beach view from the balcony is fantastic! Probably the number 1 reason to rent this condo. Well the hosts are great as well. Easy to connect with, respond quick to any questions, and they cover everything in messages and have good messaging and details in the condo. We would rent again.

This is an incredible place to stay. The host did an amazing job and the amenities are fabulous. Proximity to the beach and local things to do on the island is perfect for a vacation. I would definitely recommend this place.

This property was truly exceptional! The 4 bedroom 3 bath setup was perfect for our multigenerational family of 10. The grounds are the most beautiful I have ever seen, absolutely stunning. The North Shore location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We wish we could stay longer. Mahalo!

Our beach front condo proved to be everything we were hoping for. We were able to enjoy the pool and the ocean and experience the amazing view. My family loved the area and the accomodations.Communications (with my many questions) were answered promptly.

The villa was perfect for a multigenerational vacation of two grandparents, two sets of parents, five grandchildren ages 4 to 8 years. The beach was close by as was a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The view was amazing. The locker contained everything a family would need to enjoy the beach. The furniture, and balcony was perfect for relaxing in the unit, but we didn’t spend much time in it as we enjoyed the outside activities, including golfing, deep sea fishing, hiking, snorkeling, swimming and relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi.

Incredible in everyway! What a perfect location. It has it all. Views, pool, hot tub, beach, restaurants, bar, security, walking paths, next to the Ritz and the ocean. Our family and friends joined us for our sons wedding and it worked out great! The hosts were very gracious and attentive as well. If we have the privilege of coming back it will be here.
