Aloha! Great Location! Cool & Comfortable, single level ground floor condo unit with 'no stairs'. Close to the Turtle Bay Resort, Best Beaches, Pristine Ocean, Tidal Pools, Restaurants, and Golf Club House.

*The Newly Renovated Turtle Bay Resort is open to the public for your Enjoyment.

This Kuilima Estates East condo unit is in a prime location that's very close to the resort. Right on the 18th fairway of the Resort's Fazio Golf Course, it's just a 5 minute walk to the Pristine Turtle Bay Beaches. Kuilima Cove and the resort is within a 10 minute walk and you could be surfing or having a Sunset Cocktail at the Resort's Pool Bar within a 15 minute walk. The Golf Club House and Lei Lei's Restaurant (our favorite) is only a 2 minute stroll from your front door. This well equipped unit has everything you need to help make your vacation comfortable and convenient.

* The private bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, AC and it's own ensuite bathroom.
The living room has a brand new 3 seater American Leather sofa, an Ekornes stressless leather recliner and Air Conditioner.

* The 2nd, hallway bathroom is perfect for your visiting guests or children, with a shower & tub.

* Besides the King Bed in the bedroom, there are 2 quality fold up futons and 2 quality airbed mattresses to accommodate your children and friends.

Cute getaway

Mom, Sister, daughter and I were able to enjoy this cute little condo near Turtle Bay. Clean, and accommodating. Kitchen fully stocked and could contact manager or owner and they wouls respond within minutes!!Owner even stayed uo late to buzz us into the gate when our plane got in super late due to a delay.Would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Wohnung mit umfangreicher Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht. Auch Badeutensilien für den Strand sind reichlich vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit neuen Geräten, inkl. neuer Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Großer Fernseher mit Streaming freigeschaltet und schnellem Internet ist auch vorhanden. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft inklusive.Klasse Lage am Golfplatz, der momentan nur ein großer Park ist. Netter Kontakt zu Bernie dem Vermieter. Danke für die gute Betreuung und schnelle Beantwortung der Fragen! Klare Empfehlung! Mahalo!

The perfect getaway

We had a wonderful time on Oahu’s North Shore! The property was clean and spacious. It’s in a great location, walking distance from a few restaurants and the beach, and driving distance to other attractions. There were some water-heater issues during our stay, but the owner, Kama, was very attentive and helped to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. He was easy to communicate with and easy to get a hold of when we needed him. We can’t wait to go back to Hawaii and stay with Kama again!

Excellent Turtle Bay Location

The condo was clean, as described and located with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It had everything we needed, and all appliances worked well. There were plenty of beach chairs to watch surfing and sunsets. Communication with management was prompt and efficient. Can’t wait to visit again.

Turtle Bay Condo

The condo location was perfect for our North Shore stay and free parking was a huge bonus. Approx 10 min walk to Turtle Bay resort beach that had a nice swimming area. Beach chairs and boogie boards were at the condo for us to enjoy. There was a nice small pool that was a perfect temperature. The condo itself is nice, but dated. It's could use a big refresh. The curtains were dirty, sheets for the pull out bed had holes in them. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash was fully stocked, which was nice. I had to pull out a nightstand and the couch to plug in a phone and it was very dirty with old water bottles left behind. The shower head popped off one morning while showering, thankfully we were able to put it back on. The tub and eneuite shower were in rough shape. There were tiny bugs on the kitchen counter all of the time. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were spices for cooking. No Keurig coffee machine, just a regular coffee pot. No coffee, but there was creamer. It was great to have laundry, it would have been nice to have 1 or 2 laundry pods. We had to buy a large jug of laundry detergent for 1 load. Would I stay again? Definitely in the same location, but a more updated condo.

Great location!

We loved our stay! Kama and Bernie were great hosts. I wish he had spent more days at this place as it's close to the beach, the resort, and many great food places. We would love to stay here again!

Great location and property

We completely enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a.great location (short walk to beach and Ritz Carlton) and is fully equipped. They have everything you would expect plus more. Kitchen has most everything. There are extra linens, beach towels, beach chairs...even a couple boogie boards! There are also air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. If you need them, they can be a little loud. Ear plugs help. Hosts provide good communication aand are very responsive. I'll book again.

Great Turtle Bay Condo!

We enjoyed staying a few nights here while on Island. Great spot to walk to the beach or dinner at Roys. We enjoyed the pool area with our friend's kids one afternoon and it was great. The A/C is bedroom is a portable unit, but it did a great job. The living room A/C stopped working after the first day, but not a big deal since there was a nice breeze.

Perfect location

The property was everything we needed and more, it was perfect for our brief stay. We could have comfortably accommodated two more guests if need be. I hope to be back soon and for a more extended stay. Mahalo.

Perfect

We got in late but check-in directions and communication with property managers made it seamless~ condo was stocked with plenty of starter amenities and more. They had sunscreen and aloe which were life savers!! We were so eager to go the the beach we didn’t go to the store to pick up our own and my daughter got burned the first day 😬 I loved having the washer and dryer to clean all our clothes before heading to Waikiki for the remainder of our vacation~ I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

This rental definitely exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the place was immaculate. I understand some critters visiting due to the islands atmosphere, there were none the entire stay which was really futons. The extra futons were super comfortable. The pull out bed was extra large and comfortable. The small hotel style shampoo, conditioner and lotion were a very nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed and more which was amazing for those moment you wish you had scissors or tongs for bacon :) The best part was the checkout, nothing was required except turning on the dishwasher. Although we did some bedding/towels laundry to help out. Overall we loved the stay and would 100% recommend this rental.

Great family location and close to perfect beach

We had a great time for our getaway. The kitchen was equipped with everything we might need including spices and ziplock bags. The toiletries were ample. It’s close to the perfect beach for families…. Offering waves, shells, sea glass to be found and shallow areas for our young kids on a rock shelf during low tide.

Best Turtle Bay Rental by far!

We have stayed at the Turtle Bay condos six times now and this condo by far exceeded our expectations! It’s so nice to see an owner put money back into the unit and keep it updated and so clean. I have to mention that sleeper sofa because it was unlike any sofa bed I had ever seen. Complete luxury with no springs or bars. My grandson slept very comfortably! It’s huge! The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Beach chairs, beach equipment, etc. And the location can not be beat! Kama was a great, responsive host!! We appreciate allowing us to use his beautiful home!!! We will definitely be back!!

A Great Property for a Great Price!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kama's condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a great day at the beach. The location was excellent! Turtle Bay is a beautiful area. We would definitely like to come back again sometime.

Turtle Bay Resort Condo

This property offered us a very relaxing vacation with no need to travel outside the resort unless you want to...Can't wait to go again!!! Also, the property managers were great to work with & made themselves available at all times.

Peaceful & Serene Stay

My husband and I and our 2 daughters (14 and 17h loved our time at the Condo near Turtle Bay. The beach was a quick walk away. The host had a lot of extra cozy and helpful touches that made the space very enjoyable! It was clean, well organized, and had a lot of extra supplies. Amazing time and highly recommend it!

Quick stay in Oahu

We wanted to stay away from Honolulu, so this was a great choice. We could walk to the beach, do things with ease on the North Shore, and easily get down to Pearl Harbor and the airport. We enjoyed the chocolates and coffee and tea and all the other amenities the unit had to offer.

Short stay

Very spacious condo, that was super clean. Has everything you need within the property, including beach and pool equipment. Great location, close to turtle bay resort. Kamakani was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend to any friends and family.

Stephi & I Love Oahu's North Shore, Kuilima & Turtle Bay. We found ourselves driving to Turtle Bay at least 3 times a week to surf, play, and share quality time. 20 years ago, we got married on the beach, had a reception brunch at the resort and then went surfing. The ocean out here is pristine.
