Magnolia Cabin

Magnolia Cabin is located at the headwaters of the trophy trout section on the beautiful Watauga River. Magnolia is a small 500 square feet private cabin equipped with modern appliances & granite counter tops. Relax on our back deck! A guest favorite…our back deck is the place to enjoy the great outdoors while watching the river go by. You might even see someone catching a fish! Featuring a sitting area and fire pit, this relaxed setting is the perfect place to unwind. This section of the Watauga River is a fisherman's paradise! You can walk off the large covered back porch down to a wadable river to fish, kayak, or watch wildlife. Located on a country road, you would think you are a long way from civilization, but travel four miles down the road and you can pick up anything you need. The cabin is fully equipped with linens and all household items. All you need to bring is personal items and food. We hope you will enjoy it as much we do! We look forward to meeting you!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Centrally located to shops, dining, etc. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Other guests were friendly. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the fire pit every night.

This place did NOT disappoint!What a beautiful property & accommodations! The rustic charm with modern conveniences and breath-taking scenery is a true retreat! No detail left unfinished! Host responds to communication promptly. If we are in the area again, this will certainly be on our itinerary.

The perfect place for a long weekend trip in East Tennessee. Magnolia Cabin is ideal for a couple and is dog friendly. The property is very peaceful and this cabin provides privacy from the main lodging area. Comfortable bed, well set up kitchen and the sound of the Wautaga River...a lovely stay.

We have previously stayed in all the other cabins which are AWESOME, but now its just the two of us and we love the Magnolia. It is perfect for our needs.

Pet friendly! Didn’t need to bring anything but food! They had everything. Lots of privacy and beautiful views of the river and countryside. Had a wonderful every night. Can’t wait to go again. It was a fantastic get away.

Very nice accommodations for 2, it has everything you need in a very nice setting next to the river. It was quiet, comfortable, and well stocked with a woodsy feel. Will stay there again, I’m sure.

Such a cozy cabin by the water. Second time we have stayed in this cabin. The Christmas tree was such a great added touch. We have stayed at this property 3 times. I always look foreward to staying here. It’s so peaceful!!
