Turtle Breeze - Fully Staffed Oceanfront Villa with Private Chef

The full staff arrives daily to this tropical resort villa located in beautiful Turks & Caicos on the west end of Grace Bay at Smith’s Reef. The unique architecture, with three stunning pools and separate structures for each of the six bedroom suites, makes Turtle Breeze an incredible private resort experience.

The number one question we get about our fully staffed private resort experience…how does it work with the private chef?

Well before your arrival, our concierge will reach out to collect your first day meal selections as well any dietary preferences and restrictions. Our staff will do all the shopping on your behalf so that everything is stocked upon your arrival for the first day. After each meal, the chef will discuss selections for the next. Shopping is done fresh each day. Breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner service are included daily. Your butler will provide cocktail service everyday through dinner. At the end of your trip, you will be presented with the shopping receipts, including alcohol, with a 15% surcharge on the receipts. At Turtle Breeze, you need only relax and enjoy the amazing service!

Turtle Breeze is designed to feel like a tropical resort. All of the rooms are separate structures connected by paths, stairs, and bridges so, unlike typical house style villas, everyone has their own space.

There is a lagoon pool that starts at the entrance winding its way to the waterfall of the main pool. The unique design provides privacy between guests as well as gorgeous gathering areas overlooking the pool and ocean.

The property is directly on the beach. Sandy beach access is available directly in front and to the right of our private backyard and snorkeling is available just steps to the left at Smiths Reefs, TCIs most renowned snorkeling spot,

The neighborhood is entirely residential. There are no hotels on this beach. The beach is quiet even in high season.

Three great restaurants (Mango Reef, Baci, Sharkbite) are walking distance away at Turtle Cove Marina. Everything else requires a car or taxi which your concierge will arrange. Most guests choose to enjoy the 5-star dining experience at Turtle Breeze for every meal.

The property has two large pools that are not guarded with a child fence or gates. If you choose to bring small children, they must be supervised at all times.

Amazing experience

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty! Our butler had beautiful drinks prepared as we walked into the villa entrance. Ron made the best meals (our favorite was sushi) and Elizabeth created the prettiest dessert dishes, of course it was all delicious! The rooms were clean and comfortable! I highly recommend staying here while you visit Turks!

** Went for my 40th Birthday**I cannot say enough great things about this villa! It was absolutely perfect for us and our guests. It was like staying at a resort! No-one had to worry about what to wear when they woke up, since everyone had their own spaces. The pool was FANTASTIC for our kids - 6 months, 5.5 and 7. The small pool (swim up bar btw) was warm and the larger one was cooler. The staff was a dream! The food was phenomenal! There was a member of our group who has celiac and Ronald the chef and Elizabeth (sous chef), made sure she wouldn't miss out! I even asked for some recipes! Not enough praises can go to Ronald! He also made my birthday dinner so incredibly memorable and was so sweet holding the baby. Odden - "O" was just incredible. He was at our side before we even had to think to ask him. He knew all of our preferences, kept the drinks pouring and the party going! He absolutely contributed to the amazing time we had! He was also so great with the kids!! My daughter still asks for him. He was so tentative to the kids!!Ketty made sure to keep everything clean. I mean, coming home with clean cloths that I just have to put away is a game changer.Georgette was a pleasure too! Anything we wanted, she would find a way to coordinate. This was a trip of a lifetime (or at least for the next few years!! haha)

The Best Villa, Staff, Food and Comfort EVER!!!!

We’ve traveled the world in luxurious places, but we have never been taken care of so well, with such haute cuisine in a villa that looks like heaven! Every detail was attended to. We snorkeled off our beach, took family and friend portraits with the tuorquoise ocean behind us, rode horses in the ocean, jet skiief and kayaked, but we would have been happy to stay at Turtle Breeze with our good friends and the amazing chefs, our butler bartender O’Dean and been perfectly satisfied!

We celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday at Turtle Breeze. We had 6 adults and 7 children ranging from 9 months to 17 years. The home is absolutely gorgeous and the views are breathtaking. If you’re looking for a private all inclusive on the beach this is your place, hands down. From the time I booked the trip till the time we left communication was top notch. Ronald, the chef, was absolutely amazing! Anything we asked for, he made and every single meal was a 10/10. Odane was our go to guy. He goes by “O”. Seriously, anything we needed or wanted he made happen. Katie, the Housekeeper, was on top of her game everyday. The property was always clean, laundry done and rooms cleaned daily. She was amazing. The staff was honest, fun, interacted with the kids and made us feel very welcome and safe. We will absolutely be back. This place and staff met our expectations and then some. The only regret we had is not staying longer. This was a trip of a lifetime and we are so thankful to have the memories. We will see you again Turtle Breeze!

The perfect trip!!

This place is amazing!!! The beach is very private. The ocean’s color & clarity at Grace Beach are the best we’ve experienced . The view and water were perfect for snorkeling . Each Villa was a private sanctuary. The staff is very professional & attentive. The chef wowed our entire family of nine at every meal which is near impossible!!! We’ll definitely be back.

This is a dream home with a dream staff!

Our stay at this villa in Turks and Caicos was nothing short of spectacular! Great house in a great location

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We loved the house and it's many rooms and features. The chef was probably the nicest guy we have met on the island and we have been several times. Everything was five stars! Just be aware that you should order your groceries and plan your menu better than we did. We relied on staff and food was generally not warm when served and the "bartender" leaves the house alot, as she is also the person that controls everything and picks up groceries, etc. We would definitely stay here again, but do betting meal/drink planning.

Ronald and Elizabeth are exceptionally talented chefs who delivered meals that were consistently 5-star quality. The grounds are impeccably maintained, and Katie and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and ready when we needed it. Room for everyone!

The staff was all amazing. Jenice made sure we had everything we needed. Sherman cooked for our huge family and everyone got what they wanted. Mary and Sugar made everything clean and we always had fresh towels. The property managers were so nice as well. The separate private rooms made it so nice for all the adults and children. The location is great. The kids loved the pool. My only criticism would be that the water is rocky near house and so kids couldn't really enjoy it. We went down the beach a little ways to swim. The house especially the kitchen, could use some updating, but the rooms and bathrooms were very nice. We made great family memories and enjoyed our time there.

Amazing Turks Location

Our 4 couples group trip to Turtle Breeze Villia was a vacation on another level. The combination of Odane "O" and Ronald providing top tier service and food is something you have to experience. O was very attentive and observant to our needs, coupled with his suggestions from previous experiences made the visit perfect. Snorkeling in the beautiful reef was amazing and sipping drinks by the pool was the type of relaxing we all needed. Ronald has an exceptional talent and love for food and it comes across in the dishes he prepares. He was so kind, accommodating and produced exquisite dishes for every meal. To cap off each dinner, Elizabeth created delicious deserts for us that were to die for. Could not have had a better time and Robertha helped ensure the planning was all set for our group while Norilyn kept the compound in order. Looking forward to our next visit to Turtle Breeze!

Amazing trip for two families

The property was beautiful. Plenty of room for two couples and five young adults. Great spaces to hang out and chill - on the beach, deck, pools, or media room. Turtle breeze had everything - and anything it didn’t have, all we had to do was ask and it appeared! Yoga mats, bicycles, ping pong paddles… the staff was incredible. Personable, friendly, and so so so helpful. Can’t say enough about the food. Chef Ronald is so talented and accommodated all of tastes at every meal. In fact, the food was so good, we cancelled our reservation at Coco Bistro to enjoy another meal at home. Be sure to ask for the banana bread, lava cakes, and surf and turf. Location was a bit remote but walkable to some restaurants and a sports bar and it was easy enough to get a ride when we needed one. We all loved it. Hoping to visit again!

I didn’t want to leave Turtle Breeze Villa!

My stay at Turtle Breeze was wonderful! The host was responsive and accommodating, and the chef, Ronald, cooked some amazing meals, all while accommodating dietary restrictions! There is snorkel gear on site for guests to use, and the best snorkeling in TCI, Smith’s Reef, is a short walk down the beach. The pool was clean and refreshing, the rooms had basic toiletries stocked and plenty of towels, and there isn’t a bad room at the villa! They’re all thoughtfully placed on the property to allow each guest to feel like they have their own private home. The roof-top dining was beautiful at dinner time, but the dining room is also nice for a more formal feel. Breakfast and lunch at the poolside dining is a great choice for the daytime. I also was able to enjoy some snuggles from Chef Ronald’s dog, Tibbee, since I was missing my own pup (she stays away unless she’s requested though). I wasn’t ready to leave when my stay was up, and if I ever get the opportunity to come back to TCI, I’ll be staying at Turtle Breeze.

Trip of a lifetime / Exquisite property / Exceptional Service Team

My family, friends and I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing Turtle Breeze Villa and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. The service team on property was amazing - their attention to detail and overall sincere authenticity was top notch, a true class act team! Janice, Ron, Mary, Sugar, Ray and the folks that work behind the scenes are truly wonderful people. We appreciated how much they took care of us from remembering our coffee preferences to their fruit and towel art, they gave it all with a smile, making a difficult job look effortless. Ron made us delectable meals all week, from sushi and filet mignon, to succulent ribs and fish tacos - truly delicious! The week was magical and we created incredible, cherished memories. This property has it all from the amazing view, to an incredible lay out for friends and family to all have their own space. Besides being steps away from Grace Bay and amazing snorkeling at Smith’s Reef, there is an awesome pool with swim up bar to spend quality family time together. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Perfectly Amazing!!

Words cannot describe our amazing stay at Turtle Breeze! My only regret is that we had to leave! The house itself is beautifully designed for any group and the location is perfect! The bedrooms are all private with en-suite baths. Whether choosing to snorkel the beautiful waters literally steps away, playing ping pong, washers, or other yard games, swimming in the pool, or relaxing in any of the hammocks, there is literally something for everyone! With the full time staff, we never had to lift a finger! The chef prepared food was always delicious with lots of variety. Chris, the property manager made the homemade dough and then came to cook our outdoor pizza dinner! We were spoiled with the service! We actually went to Grace Bay area for dinner one night, but the service did not compare! Although it was a nice dinner, we should have stayed home and enjoyed an even better dinner and atmosphere, with the impeccable food and service from Janice, Sherman, Molly, Mary, and Sugar! A wonderful staff who will forever remain in our hearts! They all took great care of us and fulfilled our every need! Another fantastic family vacation, thanks to Turtle Breeze! ❤️🌊☀️🏝️

WOW ... what a trip !!!

Turtle Breeze Review 5 stars Hard to put into words just how wonderful this property is and the staff there is equally amazing. We had our wedding on the beach at the property and this was a perfect venue for our newly blended family. Turtle Breeze is truly like having your own private resort and pictures don’t do it justice. There are so many great spaces to eat or hang out and the views of the ocean are spectacular. Ronald and Janice and the entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding and our stay a trip of a lifetime, and we also utilized the option to have a concierge for planning transportation and off-site events. Robertha was amazing and everything went flawlessly. The way the villa is set up, everyone can have their own space but also be together when they want to. It was also nice having the separate guest house for the grandkids and their parents. With shallow and deeper areas of the pool along with the swim up bar, beach, hammocks, firepit, ping-pong, ladder ball and snorkeling nearby, everyone has something to do. Janice made amazing poolside drinks and was great at fulfilling any requests we had, and all of the food Ronald and his team made was wonderful. The little kids loved chocolate pancakes and the rest of us enjoyed the eggs benedict. We also had a very special surf and turf dinner with a beautiful raspberry-filled cake to celebrate our wedding, and they left romantic lanterns and rose petals in our room. Turtle Breeze, relaxation in the Turks!

Our week at Turtle Breeze was fantastic! The property itself is amazing, beautiful grounds, pool, bedroom cottages, dining room, beachfront, etc - just perfection. Our party of 12 included 3 families, (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 4 kids) fit great. The guesthouse provided space for the teenagers, while the individual bedroom cottages provided relaxing space for the adults without being too far from the kids, it worked out perfect. Now to talk about the staff, amazing! Ronald the chef is in his own league, he is a true talent. His wide range of culinary delights from beef wellington to grilled lobster, lobster Benedict, dumplings, wontons, conch fritters and so much more. His pastry chef made desserts every night that were out of this world, chocolate lava cake, key lime pie, mango cheesecake, etc. She also spent an afternoon baking cookies with the kids, which they loved. Riley the butler never missed a thing and was there to attend to our every need and was so upbeat and fun to be around. I have nothing but the best to say about the staff. They were outstanding. The only problem that we had was the construction noise that we had next door. Apparently it was unexpected as the neighbors are putting in a pool, the sawing of rebar and jackhammering at 7am was unpleasant but couldn’t be helped. David the owner called and apologized, which was very kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit Turtle Breeze again in the future, it was an outstanding vacation for everyone in our group!

The Perfect Getaway

Dreamy, enchanting, romantic—this place is the perfect property. It has everything! Guests are pampered from the minute they step through the gated property, which sits mere feet from a post-card worthy, but very private beach. Steps away, is a spectacular coral reef with unbelievable snorkeling where we swam with sea turtles! The multiple pools meander around the bedrooms, which are housed in separate buildings. The bedrooms are spacious and airy. We had eleven guests in our party and the space was divine. The multiple indoor and outdoor seating/lounging areas provide many spaces for picture taking, beach reading, cocktail hours overlooking the ocean during sunsets, and al fresco meals. I am a total foodie and Ronald, the chef on staff, didn't disappoint. If I could have kidnapped him to take back to the states without getting arrested, I certainly would have done so. He is a true talent. His sous chef, Norma, made us daily guacamole that I would eat off the bottom of a shoe without hesitation. Also on property was Odane the “Great” who ran the daily operation with an unparalleled expertise that left us in awe! He muddled fresh fruit and mint for our drinks, made sure we had enough cocktails to have fun, but never regretful the next day. We live in Orlando with our 3 girls. We love going to Turtle Breeze as often as possible. If you fly privately, we suggest Provo Air Center. They are wonderful.

Why they chose this property

Turtle Breeze is a very special property because it feels like a resort, not a house. The incredible architecture combined with the stunning tropical landscape creates a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. We also love the location - directly on the beach, walking distance to Turtle Cove Marina, 8 minute drive from the airport, and surrounded only by private residences - no large hotels crowding the beach.

3 pools, 6 bedrooms, each a private structure, and an incredible roof terrace unlike anything in the area.
