Ideal base to visit the Lot and the neighbouring Dordogne.
Independent cottage (up to 5 people) well located in a hamlet 1 km from the village benefiting from a pleasant orientation.
Interior and exterior design:
70 m² cottage for 4/5 people including:
- Equipped kitchen: Gas hob + 1 electric, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, classic insulated coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, toaster and all equipment for the kitchen.
- Walk-in bathroom - separate toilet.
- Living/dining room with flat screen TV. - 2 bedrooms:
- Ground floor bedroom with 2 beds in 90.
- Floor under the eaves 1 bed in 160, 1 bed in 90 and possibility of baby bed.

Very quiet place dominant position with unobstructed views of the countryside.
Private fenced swimming pool 7x3.5m.
Location and nearby towns: Close to tourist sites Rocamadour at 45 minutes, Sarlat at 30 minutes as well as Cahors, Gouffre de Padirac, Pech Merle caves, St-Cirq-Lapopie, the favourite village of the French..., the castles of the Dordogne and many leisure activities are available to you.

Activities and leisure: Many tourist activities (caves, Dordogne river, etc.), sports (canoeing, caving, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, swimming pool,...), gastronomic (restaurants, farmers' markets, etc.) and cultural (festivals, concerts, theatre, etc.) that the region offers,
