Casa del Sol is a peaceful retreat. The indoor pool and jacuzzi spa are open year round for you to enjoy, plus sauna and the gym. The community offers free activities for the kids on the weekends as well as during the week in the summer!

September and October are simply magical at this time of year. The ocean water is still warm and plenty of fun in the sun to still be had.

Offering a fully equipped kitchen w/breakfast bar seating, washer/dryer (detergent provided), beach towels, wagon, beach toys and chairs.

Linens are *not provided* available for rental at www.galeforcerentals.com. They deliver and pick up. (4 days notice is needed) $134.50 to furnish all beds for 1 week.

Bayside is an amenity rich neighborhood that offers an award winning restaurant onsite, 3 pools w/snack and tiki bar, kids splash pad + kiddie pool, + 75 ft heated indoor pool w/jacuzzi and gym. Walking trails and playground. Pool passes addt'l fee (see below)
View of sunrise and sunsets from the front and rear of the house. Private lot adjacent to the pond with water fountain features, providing the best white noise to fall asleep to after a long day at the pool or beach.

Fenwick Island Beaches: 6.6 miles
Bethany Beach: 10 miles (a quick drive with multiple routes and also back roads) or you can take Coastal Highway straight up.

***The Bayside community charges an *optional* per person fee for guests ages five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools (including indoor), tennis, and fitness center. You will also have access to the SUP's and canoe's. This fee varies by the time of year. We will reach out to you prior to your arrival to arrange for this payment.

Summer Season Guest Pass Pricing (May 14-September 25)

-7 days (consecutive only) $115 per person

Off Season Guest Pass Pricing (September 26-May 13)
-3 days (consecutive) $40 per person
-7 days (consecutive) $70 per person

Requests for Resort Passes must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the guests’ arrival. An administrative fee of $5 per pass will be assessed for late requests or changes made with less than 7 days’ notice.
