We're a quick 13min drive to Rosarito and walking distance to multiple bars, restaurants, and the beach.

Our home includes 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower/tub, large open-concept living room, full kitchen & dining room. Our home has a large and private outdoor patio, perfect for entertaining, complete with a fire pit. Enjoy your stay at our private oceanfront guard-gated community.

Escape from all of the noise in our private Spanish adobe-style home. Enjoy a safe and relaxing time in our beautiful ocean view home within the guard-gated community of San Antonio Del Mar. Our home comes with a full kitchen and an open concept living & dining room with panoramic views of the ocean and islands off the coast. While the inside features Spanish-style architecture, you'll definitely want to spend some time on the ocean-facing balcony, whether it's relaxing enjoying a meal, playing cornhole, or hanging out by the fire pit.

Our family-style home has a large master bedroom with a queen bed, a second master with a full bed, and a third bedroom with triple bunk beds. There is a TV in the living room but we recommend getting out and enjoying all of the places to eat in the area all within walking distance. But if you insist on just relaxing on the huge couch at home watching the sunset (as we sometimes do) we have wifi and Netflix available for you to enjoy.

Things you should know to make sure this is the right place for you:
-This house is located in the guard-gated community of San Antonio del Mar which has cobblestone streets and a beachy town vibe. The streets are bumpy, so be prepared. All sized vehicles will be fine. There is plenty of free street parking right outside of the front door.

-The house is located 10-15 minutes north of downtown Rosarito, Papas & Beer, etc. It's best to have a car to get around but you can also call a cab. Uber and Lyft occasionally have drivers available as well.

-We have a dog-friendly grass park within walking distance in our neighborhood. Within the community, there are also bars, a sushi restaurant, breakfast/brunch spots, ocean view fine dining, and a brewery all within 5min of walking from our home.

-Beach access is open

Guest access
Guests have private access to the upstairs home and entire balcony. Please note an ID will be required for entry within the gated community. Security is stationed 24 hours a day at the gate and there are active patrols throughout the neighborhood. Because of this, we do not allow loud partying at our residence.

Parking/Garage: The driveway can accommodate 1 car but we recommend street parking in front of the house which fits 2 cars. It is private parking and can only accommodate guests staying at the house.

Other things to note
Please note that you are staying in our home that has been in our family for 25 years. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately. We want you to be as comfortable as possible.

Amenities: We provide amenities such as pots, pans, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, coffee, bowls, plates, cups, towels, shampoo, conditioner, board games, tv + Netflix, cornhole, and much more.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited. Forfeiture of deposit if found smoking.

Parties/events: Parties/events/Live Banda Music is prohibited. Immediate eviction will apply.

We are pet-friendly! There is even a dog-friendly grass park walking distance from us. We charge an additional $50 pet fee for the additional cleaning procedures we employ between guests when pets have been on the property.If you're planning to bring a pet, please let us know.

Neighborhood Description
A quiet guard-gated community that's only a ten-minute walk to the nearest beach entrance. This is a great place for family and friends to relax before your next day's adventure. Once you enter the community, there's a grass park to your right and a market where you can buy last-minute items to your left. For places to eat in the community, there's a restaurant for breakfast called Cafe Conrado, a sushi bar Mata Ashta featuring late-night tacos, Fluid Brewing Brewery, and an upscale ocean view restaurant- Mi Casa Supper Club. This home is a 13-minute drive to Rosarito.
