Nataliya was an amazing host! She was very responsive and willing to help with anything! She also offered a late checkout at no cost, which was very kind. We loved staying in her beautiful home and will be back if we are ever in the area again!

This was my second time staying in this condo complex. Nataliya, the host, is great and quickly responds to messages. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The view of the salt marshes and of downtown San Diego is great. The unit is in close proximity to Imperial Beach and Coronado Beach.

Great place to stay

Like new, super clean, quiet and plenty of room all in a tranquil location with a garage parking space. Can't beat this home and would definitely stay there again.

Check-in very easy, home is VERY clean!! Nataliya is very warm, and accommodating. She gave great restaurant suggestions. Location is perfect - grocery stores and restaurants are very close. The trail is beautiful and great to walk/run in the morning’s. My family enjoyed your beautiful townhome. If I’m ever in San Diego this property is my 1st choice.

Great place, Great Hosts

This home is one of the few places that really is what it describes in the listing. We had a few glitches but Natalya was super responsive and helpful.I would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing property, the pictures did not do justice to the views and the surroundings. Beautiful wetlands, a ton of nature, and stunning, unobstructed views. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owners provided excellent communication and checked in with us. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location and amazing value!

Wonderful stay all around. The unit is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything. The hosts, Natalia and Harold are very attentive and made the check in/out process smooth and easy. Will definitely stay here again if we’re lucky enough to return to Coronado.

Quiet perfect location.

Stayed for Christmas, spacious, clean, and prime location! Love the views of the bay. Walking and bike path right out the front door. Comforts of home!

Family vacation

This property is great we stayed a week for a family vacation its 15 min from almost everything from the Mexico border from Coronado beach and even Costco and Walmart and the house was very clean and well taken care of and has lots of room would definitely come back only con is the gun practicing from the navy base but it only lasted like 20 mins at night time but we only Hurd it like twice

Fantastic Get Away!

This trip did not disappoint! We LOVED the accommodations. VERY clean and well cared for property. Plenty of space for us and our 6 kids. We walked to stores and restaurants. Rode bikes to the pier and the strand. We will come back and stay here next time we are in San Diego. Natalia and Harold were very helpful with local advice. We felt very welcomed.

Beautiful place to stay!

This home is beautiful and a great location not too far from the beaches. It was super clean, beds were comfy, walking path close by. The hosts made sure we had what we needed and available via text. Excellent communication! We’d come back.

Perfection

Our family of 4 adults stayed for 6 days. From the check in process to the check out process everything was perfect. The hosts were absolutely amazing, checking on us throughout our stay to see if anything was needed. All the little extra touches of love to make it so homey was done. We would not hesitate to stay here again, it would be our pleasure. The location is perfect as well.

Great location, comfortable stay

We have stayed in this unit before and in Harold and Nataliya’s condos many times. We love the location of this unit. It backs up to the old salt rails biking/waking path just off the riperian preserve. It feels quiet and open. The condo itself has comfortable beds and all the amenities we could need (kitchen well supplied, beach towels, chairs and toys, etc.) We also appreciate the 2 car garage as we have had 2 vehicles in our group on several stays. Overall, I highly recommend it and we will be back again!

Great stay for our family

We stayed for 4 nights at the end of June. We’re a family with 3 young adult children plus significant others. This location is perfect for our size group and the best spot in the neighborhood. It’s right by a great path if you want to bike or run. Imperial Beach is a nice walk to restaurants or beach. The house is very comfortable and well stocked for a group. We were easily able to have meals and spend time socializing in the living area. Nataliya and Harold are great hosts. We would definitely book again.

Many of my fond childhood memories are here swimming, body/boogie boarding, surfing, surf-fishing and from the pier, volley ball, walking the beach after high tide looking for treasures, and of course the sun and fresh air. I take pride in my properties and am responsive to any of my guests needs. Because I am local, I deal with my guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. I care about people and want you to have a wonderful beach vacation! It would be my pleasure for you to stay with us! Relax at the beach, heated pool/hot tub, explore and make some great memories!

Did I mention Location? And it is close to the public pool( 5 min to drive) and BBQ yet still far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Open downstairs for everyone to hangout. Beach chairs, Boogie boards, 2 car garage. Walk to several eateries, and groceries perfectly located for walking to. And this place is NEW UPSCALE FANTASTIC !!!
