Cozy 3-room apartment for 3 people with great red color accents on the ground floor of the house sea view. The living / dining area has a modern kitchenette, dining area and a comfortable seating area with sofa, armchairs and flat-screen TV. One bedroom is equipped with a high quality box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), the other with a single bed. On the terrace is a table with three chairs. The apartment is stepless, the bathroom has a large turning circle and in the single room as well.

The modern 3-bedroom apartment for 3 people with two bedrooms and living / dining area is located on the ground floor of the house sea view.  Especially people with limited mobility will feel comfortable here. From here you have direct access to the beach. The house is equipped with an elevator, an underground car park and a large wellness area with swimming pool (about 8.00 mx 4.00 m - 1.35 m deep), two saunas (a Finnish sauna / a bio-sauna) and a massage area ,
