Beautiful Owner Managed Condo at the Crescent - Best Complex in Destin

Welcome to the beautiful beaches of Destin! Our recently redecorated, platinum rated condo is waiting for family and friends to enjoy one of the most requested properties on the Gulf Coast! The condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master has a king size bed with a bath with a Jacuzzi tub, tiled walk-in shower, granite counter top, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a new king size bed with attached full bath. Two twin beads, with a full bath, make up the third bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and DVD players. The kitchen, dining room and living room make up one large area and is comfortably appointed with two full-sized couches (one is a sleeper), new recliner, new coffee and end tables, large wall-mounted flat screen TV, a table that seats 6, and 3 barstools. A large deck, which overlooks the pool area and the Gulf, is accessible from the living room, as well as the master bedroom.

The Crescent is conveniently located to shopping areas, grocery stores and restaurants. Covered parking is available. There is a total of 68 units on four floors within the complex. There are two beautiful pools, a hot tub, and plenty of space to enjoy the sun at the pool and beach. The Crescent offers meeting rooms, a fitness center, free beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided by owner), on-site management, on-site maintenance, and is a secured, gated complex. The Crescent is simply a beautiful and relaxing place to spend your vacation with family and friends!

Great condo for our family. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of seating and very comfortable. The host was very responsive and check in was smooth.

The condo was a great choice for our family. It’s close to the outlets and steps to the beach. It’s a quiet atmosphere and family friendly. There is a grocery less than a mile away as well.

We had a great stay! The amenities are nice; heated hot tub, heated pool, unheated pool, steps away from the beach…it’s easy to come and go to the beach throughout the day. The condo had everything we needed, easy communication with host; will stay again!

Terrific spot for our family vacation! Proximity to the beach can’t be beat, and The Crescent’s resort amenities (pools, hot tub, fitness center) offer something for everyone. This 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is well appointed and stocked with everything you need to relax. Owner is very responsive to answer questions. Location is walking distance from grocery store, outlet mall and restaurants too.

Spacious condo with direct access to the beach and pool. We were first greeted by reception who was very nice and helpful. Parking is secure in a gated area. A plus is having four beach chairs and two umbrellas reserved for our unit right on the beach. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay.

My family of 6 just spent a week in this beautiful condo. It's in a great location away from the public beaches which means the chairs don't get too crowded and you're not overrun with people setting up tents. The unit is allocated 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs. Since we had 6 people we chose to add another beach setup. Expert tip: with the extra setup added, the beach crew had our 3 setups front row and reserved each morning. If you go with the default chairs available, you have to go down to the beach crew and request chairs each day. There's no charge but they are first come first served which increases the likelihood that you'll not be on the front row. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and well appointed. There is a large balcony where I enjoyed my coffee each morning overlooking the beach and pool area. It's a great view! My family loved the fact that each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own private bathroom. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of pantry space to organize your supplies. Check-in and out were effortless. The owner was immediately responsive to inquiries. Overall a fantastic experience for my entire family.

End of summer getaway
