The property has been divided into two cosy apartments, recently renovated with country-style décor. Apartment house, renovated. 2 apartments in the property. In the centre of Civitella Marittima, in a central position, traffic calmed area, 50 km from the sea. In the house: internet access, heating available only from 25.Oct. - 30.Apr.. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Narrow motor access. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 50 m, bar 50 m, bus stop 700 m, sandy beach 50 km, thermal baths "Petriolo" 10 km. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Grosseto 30 km, Montalcino 35 km, Siena 40 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km, Parco dell'Uccellina 50 km, Roccastrada 12 km. Ideally located to enjoy the region Maremma (well-know area for oil and wine lovers) and close to the beautiful Tuscan sea coast, only 30 minutes driving by car. Really felt like a little home from home

XXX was incredibly kind and hospitable. The place was beautiful and welcoming, perfect for us. I'm not sure if I've ever spent time in a more beautiful location. This is a perfect spot to relax and yet also enjoy various day trips around the Tuscan region. Great base from which to drive to many places including Siena and Florence, Arezzo, Cortona, Montepulciano, etc. Honestly exactly what you need if you are looking for some time away. We would highly recommend … Wish we had stayed longer.

Prachtig uitzicht!

Heel fijn appartement, zeer smaakvol ingericht en ontzettend schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf was hier aanwezig, inclusief een werkelijk adembenemend uitzicht vanaf het balkon.Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door eigenaar en eigenaresse. Houd wel rekening met supersmalle straatjes en ingang van de toegang tot het appartement als je met de auto bent, maar dan parkeer je wél naast het appartement!

So stellt man sich die Toskana vor. Kleiner gemütlicher Ort , super Aussicht von der Ferienwohnung. Wohnung top eingerichtet und sehr Ruhig.Außer der Kirchturmglocke hört man nichts. (Nachts aus) Kann man nur Empfehlen.

Tolle Aussicht, geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Eine tolle Aussicht von einer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, neu renovierten Wohnung. Der kleine, sehr beschauliche Ort bietet mittelalterlichen Flair mit engen Gassen, was allerdings fahrerisches Können verlangt. Für nicht ganz so geschickte Fahrer steht ein in kurzer Entfernung liegender öffentlicher gebührenfreier Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die im Sichtbereich liegende Schnellstraße störte uns nicht, da die Geräusche unauffällig waren, die Kirche in steinwurfnähe war von 7-22 Uhr aktiv, was okay war. Einrichtung ist gut und zweckmässig, gute Internetverbindung. Heizung und Klimaanlage wurde nicht benötigt. Aussreichend Platz in allen Räumen, der Balkon mit Markise hätte etwas grösser sein dürfen, hat uns aber gereicht. Die Aussicht ist das Highlight womit jeder Morgen toskanisch gut anfing. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens empfehlen.
