Welcome to Magnolia House. It is a lovely Villa in the Village of McClure Fenney area which is in the newest and greatest part of the Villages. This Villa is super clean and newer with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. The dining table seats 6. There is an outdoor patio with a grill and screened porch. There are luxury laminate floors through our the home. This home has a one and a half garage for your car and a golf cart. GOLF CART IS INCLUDED AS A COURTESY. Flat screen TV with Xfinity and high-speed internet. This Villa is located near executive golf courses, pools, nature trails for walking/biking, recreation centers, neighborhood pools, family pools, sports pools, and hundreds of clubs. Too many amenities to mention. The Villages is a golf cart community. Publix is nearby in Magnolia Plaza. There is daily music at Edna's on the Green and nightly music at any of the town centers and coming soon to nearby Sawgrass Grove.

****Village IDs are not required for occupancy of this rental but if you want to enjoy all the amenities that the Villages have to offer then you can get 2 Villager's ID cards for a cost of $50. Please contact us directly as we will need to obtain information so it can be processed with the Villages. Your IDs will be available when you arrive. We will send you an acknowledgement when the ID cards are ready for your pick-up.

Nice place! Clean, comfortable beds, nice to have gas golf cart and gas grill. Appreciated starters of dishwasher and washer pods, paper towels, tp, foil, Saran Wrap and coffee. Would be nice to have a few more bath towels. Good location. Enjoyed our stay!

The bungalow was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there for our short stay. I highly recommend this place.

Villages Stay

The house was very clean. Owners were very easy to connect with. The location was perfect for our family visit. The golf cart gave us additional flexibility which was nice. It’s on the South side of the Villages so if you plan a trip to Orlando, like we did, it’s less than an hour away.

Wonderful Home

The home was exactly as described. For this visit we needed a place to stay while we were closing on our new home in the village of Well Point. We really appreciated how close Magnolia plaza was to the house. And if you wanted to hit Brownwood or Sawgrass it was just a short drive away. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. We would have loved to use the golf cart, but unfortunately the week we were there the temperature never really went over 40 degrees (a little to cold for us to ride in a golf cart).

Great Owners

We wanted a house for some of to stay in when we visited my brother in The Villages for 4 days of golf. The house is great and the owners are very responsive. If we had a question they answered quickly and were extremely friendly and helpful. Great couple.

Great House, Great Host

Visiting Friends

We loved our stay at Karen 's property. Walking distance to community pool was a plus. We enjoyed the available K-cups provided and the kichen was stocked with the basic necessities one would need for a few days. My only comment and by no means is this negative....we had 3 people stay at the home , but the bathrooms were only furnished with towel service for one. I did find a couple towels under a sink which was helpful.

Wedding

My boyfriend and I came in for a wedding… our friends spent time at the pools with us… driving the golf cart around was super fun and visiting all the pools are areas was super easy! The food at every restaurant was incredible and every person we met was the kindest! I’d definitely recommend this villa. Reason for ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on cleanliness was the floors were dusty, under the beds, couches, night stands etc and I only noticed from doing my yoga stretches but other than that the villa was very clean.

Just passing thru

Everything was great. Karen the host was perfect. We loved the golf cart and the ease at getting around. My husband was impressed that both bedrooms and the living room had smart TVs. We will definitely book again when we visit the villages

1st stay at The Villages

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa that included a golf cart which is much needed if you plan on golfing. Even though we paid the $50 to have access to everything and get the resident cards, it’s best to pay the extra $20 for the month for the trail fees to ride your cart on the courses. If not it’s $4 per person each time. The villa had pretty much everything you need. The desk and chair worked out great for me since I still had to work remote some being away for a month. The location was perfect with one of the adult only pools right down the street which you could walk to or drive the golf cart to. Easy drive also in the golf cart to Edna’s on the green right down Fenney or the Fenny grill which has a nice nature trail. Also super close to Publix, a wonderful brunch place called Revellie and Willie Jewell’s Old Barbecue which we ate at several times. We definitely would consider renting this villa again in the future. The owners respond very quickly to any questions or concerns.
