The former brewery presents itself at the entrance of Köslau. Located on the Rennweg and close to the Castle Road, just half an hour's drive from the World Heritage City of Bamberg, it has now become a very special domicile for recreational tourists or short-term guests after elaborate and carefully executed renovation. The apartment "HOPFEN" described here is available on the upper floor of the house, as well as a double room "GERSTE" and an apartment with a large balcony "MALZ" (object number 2508280). Another apartment "SOURCE" with also very high quality equipment "Made in Germany" and 5 stars after DTV is available on the ground floor. "Quelle" offers a large balcony to the east and south and is equipped for the disabled (object number 2450151).

When expanding the apartments from our own carpentry, we put a lot of emphasis on natural, local materials. The other equipment comes from German production. Sustainable, ecological concepts for a healthy living environment are always our top priority. This is how we produce electricity with the Franconian sun and obtain our supply from the purely ecological provider Lichtblick. A particularly pleasant living climate is created throughout the house by the heat from infrared radiators. Thanks to perfect insulation, triple glazing and roller blinds on the roof windows, it remains pleasant to live in, even without air conditioning.

In the Apartment Hopfen you expect spacious and open living on 55 sqm. A 3rd and 4th Guest gets additionally the 22qm DZ with bath right next to it. Exquisitely furnished with natural wood furniture of the own carpenter brand 'Eichenfrau' from the bed to the kitchen, Franconian smoked oak parquet on the floors. Modern kitchen and dining area with hand-crafted solid wood furniture, adjoining cuddly corner with real leather sofa bed also 'Made in Germany', large TV flatscreen. Open bedroom with double bed 180x200 cm and oversized sheets. Then a daylight-flooded, spacious bathroom with walk-in rain shower, toilet, bidet, infrared sauna.

The conditions for a 5-star classification according to DTV reach the apartment "Hops" playing - except the condition after a completed bedroom. We did not want to do that to the spacious ambience of this airy room. Therefore no stars ... but high cuddle factor.

And for the evening glass of wine or the sunbathing in the fresh air, we have in front of the house a cozy sitting area with umbrella and loungers.
