This large, 260 m² holiday home is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, it opens onto a spacious entrance hall furnished as a charming lounge, full of character with its decorative stone fireplace. The separate, generously sized, and fully equipped kitchen allows you to comfortably prepare meals for the whole family. The large dining room forms the convivial heart of the house and opens directly onto the terrace. It connects to a second living room equipped with a television and an open wood-burning fireplace. A shower room with a toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility and a laundry room with a large-capacity washing machine complete this level.

Upstairs, a lovely hallway with original parquet flooring and exposed beams leads to six individually decorated bedrooms: the Bleuette room with a single bed (90 cm); the Rosette room with a double bed (140 cm) and two single pull-out beds (90 cm) that can be combined to make a king-size bed (180 cm) upon request; the Linette room with a double bed (140 cm); The Olivette room has one double bed (140 cm); the Pierrette room has one double bed (140 cm) and two single pull-out beds (90 cm each) that can be joined to make a king-size bed (180 cm); and the Orangette room has two single bunk beds (90 cm each).

Three bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, complete the upper floor.
