Awaken to expansive ocean and intracoastal views from every angle of this 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom Turtle Dunes Villa. A luxury penthouse with exquisite decor, this seaside retreat is sure to exceed all of your vacation dreams!

Walking in the front door, you will immediately notice the soothing neutral color palette and spacious floor plan. Up the stairs lies the main living space with the kitchen, living area, and dining room all part of one large room. Windows line this beautiful room wall to wall on either side with amazing views of the Atlantic shoreline on one side and vast views of the intracoastal from the other. Embrace the beauty this penthouse offers as you enjoy a sunrise from the east or sunset on the west horizon.

The gorgeously furnished living area features a plush navy sofa with ample seating centered around a large flat screen smart TV. Across the room sits 2 colorful chairs and a large navy ottoman perfect for cozying up with a good book and a glass of wine after a day of fun in the sun.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts beautiful white cabinetry with a stylish backsplash, and the same beautiful views to relish while you prepare a tasty meal. The adjacent dining area offers seating for 6 at a round dining table centered on a sisal rug. Walk through the glass sliders and enjoy the coastal breeze as you bask in the warm sunlight on this private terrace.

Walking downstairs, you will find both oceanfront bedrooms adjoined by another spacious balcony. The master bedroom, painted an attractive shade of green, features a flat screen TV, colorful bedding, and a king sized bed flanked by two matching night stands. The enormous master bathroom boasts double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a tiled walk in shower.

The second bedroom features a tropical theme, a queen size bed, and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom offers a combo shower/tub and separate vanity area.

This coastal getaway is directly oceanfront and only steps from the sandy beach. A quick 2 minute stroll will take you to the huge Turtle Dunes pool where you can relax in the sun or take a refreshing dip! It's the perfect getaway for a couple, a small family, or senior citizens. While staying in this luxury vacation condo you can visit the Omni Hotel to enjoy a glass of wine, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, visit the miniature golf course near the plantation entrance, or rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon. This condo also includes access to double tennis courts and pickle ball courts just across the street.

The property was exactly as described, even better than the pictures. Super convenient to the pool and beach. The decor was perfect. We’ve stayed in two other buildings in the Omni complex (Shipwatch and Beachcomber) and liked this one best. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic stay at Turtle Dunes! Our two-bedroom penthouse was spotless - truly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. They really did a fantastic job. Great communication from the host, including a thoughtful check-in during our stay. The condo had beautiful beach views and was very well stocked - beach towels, chairs, even a hair dryer. Checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made departure simple. Loved the layout with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - perfect for privacy. Relaxing, comfortable, and easy. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Can’t wait to go back!

We have stayed at Turtle Dunes numerous times, but this unit was our favorite. Beautiful views of both the ocean and the marsh, a perfect pool for families, and easy access to the beach - can’t be beat!

Anniversary Vacation

Property was excellent! View was terrific. Walks on the beach were great. Restaurants were fun and the food was good. It was a very nice place to stay. Quiet and relaxing. I would recommend it to everyone, but I want a week to go back myself.

Stunning views from this beautiful top-floor home. Kitchen amenities were amazing. Communication with the host/agency was great. A little confusing navigating inside the Omni property but we figured it all out. Trails and restaurants on property were very nice. Highly recommend making your way up to the north/west area of the island to explore shops and restaurants in downtown Fernandina Beach. Also highly recommend exploring Fort Clinch State Park for hiking and biking.

Lovely stay

Beautiful condo, gorgeous ocean view! Condo was clean and beautifully maintained. My interactions with the property management co was excellent. I have no complaints about our stay here at all. Just a note: this property has a steep spiral staircase to the kitchen/living room. If someone has any mobility issues the stairs might be a problem but we couldn’t be happier,

Above the rest

We loved our stay. The views and amenities are excellent as expected. What we appreciated most were the little details. The kitchen has clean, high quality cookware and dining ware. They even had a strainer pot to do a seafood boil. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels included. We usually bring our own kitchen supplies to rentals, but felt no need to get them out this time!

Beautiful accomodation

Location was excellent. The two level layout added uniqueness to this property. Views of ocean and intercoastal waterway from this top floor unit are fantastic. Tastefully decorated; very functional kitchen. All essential products provided - such as dish detergent, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper. Location is near the southern end of the beach and therefore very private and not crowded. The pool is large, attractive and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing -- Can't Wait to Return

WOW! This condo was just perfect for us. You enter on the floor with the 2 bedrooms, each with a private bath and ocean views, as well as a balcony. Take the spiral staircase upstairs and you find an amazing area that includes a lovely living room, dining room, sitting area and kitchen. The balcony overlooking the ocean provides breathtaking views. We loved the sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook. Absolutely wonderful experience!

View, Views, Views....

Even with the temperatures not quite on our side, Turtle Dunes 1857 held its own, and some. The multi-level accessible balconies overlooking the eastern ocean view stayed basked in the sun until early afternoon and blocked the predominate west winds. Very comfortable to just sit on the nice outside furniture and watch the golfers below go by. The western view from the upper level, even though sealed window only, framed in the daily sunsets amazingly. The unit had everything one needs too. Very well presented. The entire island had a wonderful and friendly vibe. First time for us on Amelia and we can wait to get back.

Amazing Anniversary Getaway

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at the 1875 Turtle Dunes Luxury Penthouse on beautiful Amelia Island, and we are still dreaming about it! This stunning oceanfront condo is truly a hidden gem—an incredibly romantic, peaceful, and intimate retreat on the quiet, semi-private southern end of the island within the exclusive Omni resort area.The unit itself is immaculate and beautifully updated, with tasteful decor, a well-equipped kitchen, and every modern comfort you could hope for. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining this luxurious space. The atmosphere is serene and inviting from the moment you walk in.But the real magic? The views. Wow. The double balconies offer an unobstructed front-row seat to the Atlantic—hearing the ocean waves day and night was incredibly soothing and romantic. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was breathtaking, and in the evening, we watched the sun set over the lagoon and Intracoastal Waterway through the western windows. It was truly the best of both worlds—sunrise and sunset, ocean and waterway.We were also delighted by the abundance of local wildlife—birds, rabbits, gopher tortoises, and even the occasional dolphin pods made appearances.This penthouse is the perfect destination for a couple's escape or anyone looking to unwind in luxury and seclusion.
