Our family loved the house! It was beautiful and clean. It is in a great quiet neighborhood across the street from the beach. The kids loved the golf cart and we used it daily to run back and forth over to the boardwalk and beach! We would definitely stay again!

This house was very nice. Everything you needed was provided. It was clean. The AC and other amenities were great. Master bathroom is extremely nice. Beds are very comfortable. Great place to pick for vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The location was great for our group, that included a baby. The house had everything we need and then some. They have all the beach toys and chairs you could need. The house is in a community with a pool which we loved! The house was close to the beach and many restaurants. We highly recommend this house.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood within minutes from the beach. Our kids loved the bunk beds and gaming system. The garage had all the beach necessities including towels and toys. We highly recommend!

The home was equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. The neighborhood was peaceful and very well kept. The amenities pool area always clean and with available chairs and umbrellas. We had a great time and would definetly recommend to family and friends. The golf cart and bikes were great for getting to and from the beach. Thank you so much

I had an amazing experience at Inlet Beach! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet for a great night's sleep. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. It was so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, yet still felt peaceful and private, away from the hustle and bustle. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. We enjoyed every moment and honestly did not want to leave. Only thing tricky was using the golf cart to go across to the beach. You had to cross a busy highway. But, other than that I highly recommend this home for a relaxing beach getaway!

It's a very beautiful house and a nice neighborhood. The house needs curtains it's so bright and hard to sleep with all the lights. The bedrooms need curtains or blinds. That was the only thing we did not like and it was had to relax and sleep it. Other than that it was!

Sugar Shack

This house was great. We have a large family and there were plenty of rooms and space for our family. Our kids loved the bunk bed room and the pac man arcade. The house comes with a golf cart which is awesome to take to the pool or beach. The pool is very close even walkable and inlet beach is a quick drive in the golf cart. I'd return to this home and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool was huge and so pretty — our grandkids absolutely loved spending time in it every day.The owners provided tons of beach toys and beach chairs, which was such a nice bonus for families. The bikes rode great and were fun to use around the area. There was also a beach umbrella available, although we didn’t end up using it.The golf cart batteries did run down fairly quickly, but it still had enough charge to get us to and from the beach without any issues. A few areas of paint inside could use some touch-ups, but overall the home was very well maintained and comfortable.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Excellent location for the pool and beach access

The house was exceptionally clean and everything was listed on the page was true. We would definitely stay here again. Matter of fact looking to book again for next year for 19 day

Quick Getaway

The property was even better than expected. It was the cleanest STR I've ever seen and the location was great. The house had everything you would need for a short or extended stay. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Amazing House

This is the best beach house we have stayed at. It is a new home with all of the amenities. The location is great and so close to shops and the beach. Situated between Panama City and Destin, it is close to so many things to do. If you are looking for a first class stay, we would highly recommend The Sugar Sand Shack.

Amazing 30a Retreat

Staying in this home was amazing! Luxurious, comfortable and such a quiet retreat from the business of 30a! Would recommend for all types! Golf cart was amazing to have! Cannot wait to be back!

Great house

Great house for our family of 7 for our Christmas Vacation. Very clean and had all the in-house amenities we needed. 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes from 30A Rosemary Beach shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay. Also the Coast Team was super responsive to all of our questions.

What a wonderful vacation!

The house was fantastic. Literally- everything we could have hoped for. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful. More than enough room to spread out and relax. One of our best vacations in a long time. We will certainly be back!

Loved it!!

This house was fantastic. pretty rooms, nice master bath, well-appointed furnishings and overall, just a beautiful home. Pool was close by and having a golf cart to use was very accommodating. Shopping and restaurants were very close also. Good location.

Fall break with family

We have stayed at this property 2 times now. It has everything you need plus the use of a cart. It is showing signs of wear, it needs painted. We did have some issues with the bikes. They were very quick to respond with any issue we had!

Perfect home for our family vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation in so many ways. We all had our own space, ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The location was close to the beach and downtown Rosemary Beach. It's within walking distance to the state park and close to restaurants and grocery stores. You provided ample dishes, silverware and cooking supplies. Thank you for sharing this home with us, it was perfect.
